First off. Anyone with issues on a $39 boot is not being fair. This boot, which looks like a work boot is not a Red Wing. What it is, is a fairly comfortable boot that actually looks as nice in person as it looks in the picture. I don't know how long I will use the hooks, as the tongue is short and if you use the top hooks, the laces actually work there way onto my shin. Speaking of laces, they are about 2 feet too long. I had to quadruple the knot to take up all the laces... Also, for me, there is zero arch support. With that said, I had spare insoles that fit perfectly. Now the boot is pretty comfortable and I can wear them all day. I walk about 5-7 miles a day in a large hospital, so saying I can wear them all day is true. I doubt they will last years, but I needed something like these for my work. 4 stars is being fair for the price.

These boots are absolutely stunning. The color and fit is exactly as expected. I bought these boots to walk long distances in the winter. My only complaint is they'll give the bottoms of your feet blisters from walking too much, but some gel soles should fix that. Overall, very happy and would buy again.

Love the way they look. They aren’t the most comfortable. Laces are too long to use the zipper and not untie. Laces must be wrapped around the shoe.

My first impression when I opened the box was the amazing smell: the leather smells so good! It is soft, but feels rugged at the same time. The colors are exactly as they are pictured to be. The construction of the boot is top notch, and it feels like it should have been much more expensive. The sizing is spot-on, but the boots allow enough give to be comfortable. I'm very impressed!
