I purchased a total of 6 of these for various rooms in my home - they work well and are relatively easy to install. Connection range is good, although expect occasional outages in signal if positioned far away from the router (any average sized home with a decent signal should be mostly good). Brightness is good, with a pleasing warm colour tone. Setup is a little fiddly but if you are used to such devices, it’s nothing too taxing. This is probably where the more expensive alternatives are a little better, but once set up, it’s mostly the same experience at a fraction of the price!

Have purchased several of these. Easy and quick to set up after installing the appropriate App. If using with Alexa, there is the added benefit of not requiring a hub as there is for some other smart products. I love the fact that they are dimmable via Alexa. I had a particular reason for installing these. My wife had become very ill and could not get out of bed. I replaced all the light bulbs the in the bedroom so she could just ask Alexa to turn on or off any of the lights or infact all of them. Extremely useful and highly recommended for someone who is bed ridden. They have been working for 2mths now and so far faultless.

Just setup these bulbs to use with the app (android) and also Alexa. Setup was a bit fiddly until I read the instructions, then it was easy! Setting up a schedule for on/off was self-explanatory and it's worked well. You can also get a notification when the action takes place (eg light comes on). You can have multiple on/off actions per day for every day of the week. Much better than the old plug in timer we used, which was on/off at the same time every day. Having the option to dim the light was a bonus. Setting up with Alexa was as simple as enabling the skill and connecting the lights to a zone. It works perfectly. Still to try on google home, but I do not expect any issues.

We bought these because we were expecting a baby and thought they would be great for the night feeds being able to turn the lights on and off from bed so we're not fumbling around in the dark with a baby. They were a bit fiddly to set up, I think because of how far away they were from our WiFi router, but we persisted and once the setup was complete we've had no issues. It was simple to connect them to the Alexa app and use with our Echo. They're also great for the dog because if we're out and he's on his own when it starts getting dark, we can turn the lights on for him. Or you can schedule a time for them to turn on and off if you're going to be busy. The only downside is that if you lose internet for any reason then you're without the lights.

My first experience of smart bulbs, having wanted to purchase for a couple of years but budget was already an issue. Having invested in an Echo Show 5 very recently, the time was obviously here to start making life easier around the home. The app was quick to download and install and the pairing of the bulb to the app couldn’t have been much simpler or quicker, as was adding the bulbs to the Echo Show for Alexa to follow the instruction. The app automatically has difference levels of brightness with touch buttons. I also purchased smart sockets with a different brand name but it was obviously that both the bulbs and the sockets worked on both apps, so I deleted one to have them all in the same app. There are options to set up regular schedules which I haven’t set up yet but I am sure as the autumn draws near, they will be used. I will be buying more of these bulbs to use around the house.

Bought these bulbs in the hopes that they would be easy to install. That was certainly not the case had alot of trouble connecting them to the app i see other people say how easy it was for them to install but its not going to be the same for everyone. For anyone having problems installing these bulbs download app follow instructions up untill it asks you to put in the wifi password when adding a device, enter your password then once entered look at the top righthand corner of the app you should see EZ MODE select that then change to AP MODE and follow instuctions from there mine connected very easily after following the AP MODE. Sorry if this doesnt for everyone this option worked great for me.

Highly recommend these smart bulbs. Great price, amazing quality and super easy to install. The brightness is perfect also. The supplier sends you a link after purchase in case your having trouble to install. I didn’t need it after installing smart life app it takes a few minutes to connect each one. Extremely happy customer! Will definitely be purchasing again!!

My fault for not reading the output correctly. I have the LE RGB versions which are 2700K-6500K and these are only 2700K. A big noticeable difference if you need it to light an area like a kitchen or utility room. I was going to move the RGBs bulbs from there as didn't need the colour options and replace them with these white only. But they are not bright enough with a colour warmth of max 2700K. Perfect for bedrooms and living rooms though. Basically buy the LE RGB versions that are around the same price and you'd get a much better, brighter and more configurable bulb that works for all locations.
