GOOD STUFF, 0 sugar, low carbs + probiotics
Banana and strawberry are my favorite flavors. When I am not dieting and I make pancakes for the family I put just a little banana powder in to make banana pancakes. Yummmy !

The best stuff
I really like the banana flavor. It's not overpowering and if you mix with super ice cold water it's thick and creamy. I use a small smoothie blended and these are the best replacement shakes I've tried. I have the vanilla and cookies and cream to try next. It keeps me full if I drink at 8, pretty much until noon. It is cheaper to buy directly from Choco Rite though and is very quick to ship.
