Healthy, easy, and soooooo yummy!!!!
I LOVE this cook book! Recently, I found out that I canāt have milk products as well as peanuts. So I had to turn to some āveganā products in order to save my stomach. I watch the author of this book on youtube and I honestly just love her and her cooking. I have tried around 6 different recipes so far from this book, and have even served the cheesecake to my picky friends! (Which they LOVED. They couldnāt believe that it didnāt have dairy in it!) If I had one thing to comment about this book, is that there are a lot of sweet dishes and I feel like it lacks savory dishes. I was really hoping for a lot of lunch and dinner meals! But a lot of the book is breakfast and dessert based. Regardless of this one hiccup, I love this book! Iām a very picky eater and Iām always wary to try new things (Especially vegan/healthy stuff). But Iāve found that Iāve really enjoyed every meal Iāve made from this book. I donāt even miss my old lifestyle thanks to this book! The turmeric Latte has become a staple in my routine and I hope that this author comes out with another book that is strictly savory dishes! Please know, Iām a full time University Student with a part time job as well, and these recipes are so easy that even I can have the time to make them. I was worried that because they were healthy that there would be a lot of prep. But, Iāve found that all of these recipes are so easy to make, which really helps me save time and still get to enjoy healthy, vegan, food!

Amazing Read
Amazing! Just recently started following Nicole on YouTube while looking for inspiration on healthy/clean eating and Iāve got to say, this book is so worth it! I find that thereās a more breakfast and snack recipes than lunch/dinner but as someone with a diverse sweet tooth - no biggie! Definitely looking forward to purchasing her baby and toddler cookbook as well. :)

Easy and pleased my picky husband
I just received the book. I have been following Nikole for awhile now for cooking and mothering hacks. So far I have made 3 recipes from the cook book and have enjoyed them all. I found them to be easy. My 16 month old son also loves the quinoa coated baked chicken. That is a great healthy alternative to chicken nuggets. I canāt wait to try more of Nikoleās recipes. I am glad I finally bought the book!

Try this recipe book for new flavors, although some ingredients may require a trip to the store.

More than a cookbook
Not only are the recipes healthy and delicious you can also find ingredient list of staples to have in your house hold to make healthy living easier. I love this cook book! I have it all marked up with things I love and things to try! 10/10 recommend.Just keep in mind if you are "newer" to the healthy living lifestyle you may have to gather a lot of these ingredients and tools before you can actually start using these recipes. However, do not let that discourage you from buying this cook book! As stated before you can find list in the books of things that will be helpful before you dive right into cooking!

Beautiful book that makes you feel nourished. High recommend
It is such a beautiful cookbook with great easy recipes! What I love about the recipes is that all ingredients are healthy and wholesome yet still so tasty if not better. They are quick and easy to make and feel good and nourished after. Her pancake recipes are especially really good! so fluffy and soft perfect for weekend brunches. I tried her saucy cashew chicken lettuce wrap as well; it was really simple to make but the flavors were just exploding š Her healthified baked goods have always been my favorite and they can never go wrong. Overall I highly recommend this book!

Perfect for a healthy, nonrestrictive diet!
Iāve followed Nikole for awhile now and Iāve always loved her recipes. But no joke when I say these are her best yet! There are recipes I literally make weekly for meal prep (cookie dough balls, granola bars, and oatmeal cookie bites). Plus, every other recipe Iāve tried so far has not disappointed. This book is perfect for people who want to eat healthy, but not restrictive. I love her lifestyle and helpful tips throughout the book. Canāt wait for another cookbook ;)
