Poetic Invictus Hybrid Case for LG G2 (All Carriers Except Verizon) White/Gray (3 Year Manufacturer Warranty from Poetic)

(This product rates 3.5, to me. I rounded up because it is sturdy). I must admit I was skeptical about the case, pictures don't do it justice (it has a futuristic hi-tech look about it). And it feels sturdy, this is not a flimsy case. The outside is scratch resistant and the inner rubber does provide mild shock protection(I kept my keys in the pocket against the back of the phone). The cases' profile leaves the thin design intact. What I am not impressed with is the kickstand feature. The kickstand has, absolutely, no support and falls over with the slightest touch (if it stands). It is merely a cut out and will wear out relatively quick.THIS IS NOT a heavy duty protector and its' thin bezel is just enough to keep the screen of the phone off the table, when face down. So, if there is anything on the table surface, the screen will make contact. I do recommend a screen protector with this case.Overall, the case is a decent buy.(What I am not happy with is the fact that I ordered two cases and only received one. No explanation, however, I did receive a credit eight days after receiving the first case.)

I was specifically looking for a case that offered raised buttons for the back of the phone.I still don't find that the volume / power button on the LG G2 to be intuitive to use and having the distinct feel between the three buttons on this case really helps. Since I got the white phone the case goes well with it keeping the overall feel as slim yet protecting the phone ("Someone thought it was an Otter case"). The fit is almost perfect, but I really had to struggle to get it on and centered properly. Good news is that I have already dropped my phone a couple of times and case has done its work. The one gripe I do have is the cheap kick stand. It does not fold back into the case well - does not lock into place and sticks out - and it feels as if it is going to break or snap off. I have been pretty hesitant to use it. Poetic should work on that design and make it more rugged. Overall, a good buy.

This is actually meant for the international LG G2 (that model actually comes with an extendable tv antenna coming from the top corner). That's why there's a gap (you can see it in the pics here on Amazon).The case is well-built, very sturdy, and attractive. Not at all a disappointment for ~$5. I definitely believe that this case could stand up to some dropping and abuse.I personally opted to purchase another TPU case. Here's why: 1) The plastic backing on this case is still quite slick. For someone with butterfingers, this is not ideal. 2) The buttons are actually more difficult to feel out without looking. All three buttons are now the same height and feel, so it was easier to get them mixed up. Often changed the volume the wrong way from what I intended. 3) And the case just added too much bulk for my personal taste. I have small hands, and combined with an already-large phone, this case just made the phone that much harder to use. Again, personal preference.

I got this for my Verizon vs980 even though it said it wouldnt fit. Well to my astonishment it fits just fine for me. I LOVE this case. I dont use cases at all, never had, never liked them but I cant stand the buttons on my Verison model LG G2. This makes the buttons SOOOO much nicer now that I dont have to look at them, I can just feel the rubber pads with my finger and hit it every time. The Verizon buttons were such a pain before. Also I needed a kickstand(well wanted...). Works perfectly! Adds very little bulk. I have not tested the durability of it as I didnt buy it for that but I would imagine its better than nothing. I got this for the T-mobile LG G2 and it fit perfectly. I love the feel and look of the case. I would change a few things. The LG G2 have the power and volume button next to each other on the center back of the phone. The power button is in the middle of the volume buttons and the rubber cover of the case are all the same height. I find myself hitting the wrong button a lot. The case has a kickstand that makes it easy to prop the phone up if you want to watch something. The kickstand opens up the wrong way. It should be flipped. I have apps that will not allow me to have the landscape mode in the position the kickstand sits.

This is probably one of the easiest, most useful phone cases I have ever had. It is easy to use, and easy to remove - and fits on the phone quite nicely (not loose or anything, perfect fit really). I haven't found much use for the stand on the back, but it is there on the off-chance that I do have to use it. The great thing about this case, is that it is thin, and doesn't add much weight or bulk to my phone - a huge plus, and very hard to come by. My only issue with this case: I wish the plastic was a bit more durable for the stand, or it was designed a little better. Since I don't use it much any way, it's not really too big of a problem for me.

Purchased my brand new LG G2 in a sleek white to make my Samsung buddies jealous but I forgot I have to protect my new G2 so that means a case to hide its beauty .. Nooo! So I checked everywhere but there wasn't a case in sight that shows off the beauty of the phone and protects it properly . Boom I saw it in white with a slimming effect and check this out..a kickstand!! Got it in a fast ship,opened it up slip my G2 in and boom!! Beauty and protection! My buddies are jealous! Espec when the ask if my phone is the new galaxy? I just tap my screen twice and say ...no its the better G2 lol They hate that ! Thanks guys and Poetic! Dan M

Looks very sleek, not at all bulky or heavy, but it protects the phone well. The only minor issue is the kickstand, it is a cut out from the case, so there is a hole that isnt protected while the stand is open, that part seems pretty easy to break, chip or collect debris. That aside its very easy to use, and is one of the more attractive cases made for the LG G2. There isnt much selection there yet for case design. So far I have three cases, this one is by far my favorite.

Solid protective case but prone to dirt and finger prints.

Have used this case for 3 straight years and is still very good! Stand is sturdy and case case full protection to my phone. I've given the phone and case to a relative as this is still in very good working condition.
