Teen Titans: The Complete Series : desertcart.co.uk: DVD & Blu-ray Review: Really good to have - The aspect ratio full screen not cropped. Region 1 dvd, I have multi region player. The menu is very basic and dated which I was surprised as this wasn't released long ago. In season 1 within the first 7 episodes one episodes played with the Japanese theme song and not English. Tad expensive, don't think it includes the Tokyo movie sadly. Review: This is worth your money - This is amazing I think everyone should watch it I only wished there was more. The storied ended on a sad note but I dont get why people are confused she can remember him but she wants to move on

Similar to the DVD reissues of the DCAU
So if anyone here is familiar with the DVD reissues Warner Bros did of the DCAU shows (STAS, JL, JLU) they should more or less know what to expect The menu’s are a black screen with plain text font on the right hand side. The discs often share the end of one season and the beginning of another and the quality is bleh A note on the quality: DVD’s used to be much higher resolution. You can compare The Matrix’s first DVD release to any disc from the last 8 years. Warner Bros, releasing this set at the same time as the Blu-Ray, compressed the hell out of the footage to try and boost Blu-Ray sales What sets this set apart from the DCAU releases is that they DID include the original special features. That’s really nice to see. I had to return all my DCAU discs and track down the original releases because I couldn’t stand looking at the awful presentation A note on presentation: the box is standard cardboard sleeve, quite thin and will damage easily (corners got scraped when removing it from the plastic packaging). The disc holders are so thin the discs are barely able to stay in place. I’m going to have to get another case for these. Personal advice: buy the older releases. There’s a seller offering them for $55 at the moment (Feb 2020) and it’s probably worth the extra cost. If you want to know whether you’re getting a good release of a WB/DC cartoon: check the logo. If it’s the modern DC logo with white text and a serif font, that’s a new release. If it’s the gaudy gradient infused one with the star from a few years back, the quality should be great

These DVDs can't be played outside the USA and Canada.
I could not play the DVDs. The region code was incorrect. Where did I order this product from? Because nowhere in the product description did it say that these DVDs can't be played outside the USA and Canada.

Very Disappointed
Having loved the series for many years, and just going into lock down, I decided to splurge on a copy of teen titans to enjoy. The package finally arrived today. In good time! While ordering I decided to spend a little more, to buy from a company called RoundMediaUK spending a grand total of £54.62. Having read many reviews from within the UK, I hoped this would be the best way to get a region 2 dvd. Hopefully setting myself up for sucess I was pleasantly surprised to see that the package was wrapped up in plastic, so was very disappointed to open the case and for all the diss to fall out of their slots, as the box is broken. I can only assume that they were rattling around in there in transit as the discs are kind of scrated up. Not to be dissuaded and hoping this would just be the price I'd paid for a European release I powered up the Xbox, and slid the first disc in. Only to be greeted by Xbox telling me that this was a region 1 disc

Even though some of the disks didn’t have any captions, it’s still a good show. I remember watching that show as a kid, and acting out the role of Starfire. That’d be something I’d wanna cherish to my future kids if and when I become a mom.

My kid wanted to revisit his childhood and I didn't object myself since I was entertained by this series when it came out. We ordered through amazon prime and got it the next day! Interesting fact my kid pointed out : episodes that have the intro sung in japanese are most definitely comedy-oriented , the ones with the english song are more 'serious'.

Kam pünktlich an; alle fünf DVD's waren im Einwandfreien zustand. Die Serie ist für mich, einfach Nostalgie pur. Auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
