The MOST DELICIOUS Cajun seasoning on the planet! :) This company is awesome and I especially love it since they do not put MSG! It is sooo flavorful and it wakes up the taste of just about any food I cook! :) I introduced a few families to this specific product. Not all Cajun seasonings are created equal... I found out the hard and expensive way... but I will always stick to Chefs Quality Cajun Seasoning... I will be back soon to buy a few more containers. It keeps well and fresh for a long time... I am just hoping they will never discontinue making it or change this recipe! :) It tastes AWESOME and it makes ME look like a great Chef!! lol ;)

The seal was not intact and season powder was all over the shipping bag.

I discovered this seasoning at Toast on Main in Louisville. They rim their Bloody Mary glasses with it. It just tastes incredible! Can't wit to try it in other ways but hey, the Bloody Mary use is enough on its own!

When I began to use the seasoning, it created a cloud that made it difficult to catch my breath. Had to wear a mask to use. It adds flavor to my food. I use it on pork chops and catfish.
