Chewed up my paper and never spit it out! :(
Laminated a piece of paper just to familiarize myself with the machine, worked great. But wait, there's more! When I put a photo in the pouch and fed it through, it NEVER came out! The machine just chewed it up and never even spit it out. Do yourself a favor.....pass this one by. Oh, and I've been on the phone with Amazon customer service listening to that awful music for about 20 minutes now....waiting to see what they can do. I may still be waiting when the cows come home.
