Great way to utilise the balcony on a rainy day!
Perfect for Apartment living where you have a balcony and the kids want to be outside but it is raining!We have a good coverage on our balcony so this comes out when on rainy days. It's mess free and kids love seeing the colours on the tiles. It is also sturdy and easy to grip/use. Once they have had enough, you can either let the rain wash it away or simply hose it down.

Sticks to the walls, not easy to clean.
I bought this because we love in a rented house and i thought the chalk marks can be easily wiped from the walls. Buy the dark colours are to dark, and I can't clean the walls at all.
