Art Graf Water-soluble Graphite 2B & 6B Pencils, Grey 2 Per Card

This is a good buy for a multi media sketch book. You can make some interesting drawings using water and a brush occasionally.

These pencils are amazing! So much fun to draw with, and then create a wash from the pigment. They are so smooth, as they claim to be. I tested them out alone and with watercolors, and I can see so much potential for interesting paintings. The 6B is my favorite because it is as dark as charcoal but feels silky when drawing with it. I'm so glad to have found these pencils, and I think they will become a staple in my favorite art supplies. Whether drawing dry, adding water, or using with watercolors, these can add a lot of interest to an art piece. I can't wait to get back to them and experiment with them. Worth every penny!

I love these pencils so much! I seen them on a video I didn't even know graphite could be water soluble and I am so glad I got these...they are fun to work with.

very soft. i think its closer to 4B and 8B. love the darkness

I cant say how much this company products are excellent with fantastic quality... If you compare it to many others well known companies like Faber castell and Derwent, the ArtGraf series are better from all and any perspective.... Dewrant are like plastic toys rather than an art tools... And FC have a less quality grafite and it's a much harder,but also they are good enough to keep using it. With ArtGraf you will get the real deal, a quality that you will see it and feel it and definitely will love it.

The pencils are technically water soluble, but they run and turn into what looks almost like black paint.
