I am all about anti-inflammatory supplements and I regularly take turmeric and bromelain. I eat pinapple for bromelain properties of it as well but sometime, its not easy to, sometimes I forget! when I found this combination of supplements, I got so happy. I am usually not a big fan of a supplement that combines various things. But Vimerson Health has done it right. This combo has quercetin as well which we may think is just for swelling etc, but its because of its anti-inflammatory property of it.So, I now but this on regular basis as part of my anti-inflammatory diet and for immune boosting purpose.I also like that it is gluten-free, soy and Dairy-free because for many these are inflammatory.shout out for adding the black pepper, because it adds to the power of absorption.The size of capsules are same as most supplements and easy to swallow. It has a good quality cap and I have not gotten any side effect at all.

Product is promoted as an anti inflammatory, for joint pain and allergy relief, all of which I need. Not sure how much it’s helping yet, but wanted to try a second bottle because of a discounted price, the reason for four stars instead of five. I liked that the one capsule contains quercetin, bromelain and turmeric. I received my order fast and the product seems to be good quality. Hope it helps me!

Take daily and as described especially with the turmeric makes my joint feel great.

I wasn't getting getting sufficient pain relief from the Plain tumeric. Adding Bromelain was a game changer!!!

I purchased this supplement hoping to enhance the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric for my non-bacterial prostatitis, based on my positive experience with turmeric before and my doctor’s approval.Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad decision for me. I started with one capsule and experienced strong headaches, mental fog, and stomach discomfort. Hoping it might be a one-time reaction, I waited a few days and tried again with a capsule taken with food and plenty of water—same symptoms returned. Then I tried opening a capsule and taking only half the dose. The headache didn’t come back, but I still felt stomach upset and some mental fog.I really don’t like wasting money, but this combination seems too strong for me personally. If you’re considering this product, I’d recommend buying the components separately so you can see if one ingredient disagrees with you rather than the whole combination.This feedback can help improve the product or inform other customers.
