removes coffee stains with ease, safe on stainless steel
I wanted to get rid of coffee oil/tea stains on some of my stainless steel mugs. Dish soap nor baking soda would do the trick. This was recommended on a forum. I simply dropped one tablet into my mug, poured hot water, let it soak, and then rinse out. All of the tea stains were removed. The tablets are convenient but I also went ahead and bought the powdered version to save on costs (per use). Highly recommended!

Great value without subtracting quality!
These little things are highly effective and convenient for cleaning your espresso machine. They work well with my Breville Barista Express. The tablets dissolve in one cycle with no issue, are easy to use, and are a great alternative to the Breville cleaning tablets.

It worked great in my basket filter for unclogging my machine.
These worked great.I have an E1CC Delonghi that doesn't backflush, and it got very clogged. First I put the Cafiza tablet in the basket filter and ran the machine as if it were an espresso. Next, I disassembled the filter basket and put it in a bowl with a Cafiza tablet and hot water for a half hour, then I scrubbed the pieces with a toothbrush. Now the machine works great.

Work great - not for plastic.
First, this is a pro grade product that you should only be buying for home machines if you know what you’re doing.Secondly, not plastic safe. Says it right there on the box. I’ve heard it will break down the plastic and/or impart off flavors in it. Not sure how accurate that part is.All that said - these work. Coffee residue simply vanishes and parts are left looking new.If you use in any real quantity you’re much better off buying the bull jar of them tho…

Removed coffee oils
Works great for cleaning stainless steel mesh filter. I use an IPOW stainless steel filter mesh for making coffee. After nine months daily usage the filter became very slow to drain, and it either needed cleaning or replacement. I used one tablet of Cafiza to soak the filter overnight. It fizzed at first and then stopped. In the morning the water was very dark, looked like coffee. Upon rinsing with water, all the stains were gone, the mesh wasn’t plugged, and now it works like new.

Ground it to powder to apply to a coffee stain
This will remove coffee stains from a cream colored cotton sweater. Grind tablet to a powder and mix with water to make a paste. Apply and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash in the machine. I washed with a white and off white load. Do not know if this will take out colors.
