My package arrived on time and in good shape. The presentation box was in good shape as well and itself is very sturdy. My girlfriend snagged it to put a couple of pairs of shoes in. The valet is very nice and was accurately described. I placed it on my nightstand. It’s holding my watch, a few knives, pens, ear buds, spare keys, loose change, some gift cards, and my bed thermostat. My phone will be pleased on it as well when it’s charging. Very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this!!

This valet is awesome, item arrived on time, well thought out product with the phone charging space, privacy box and lots of room for all my watches, especially the couple i have that have large faces! I got this as a gift for my now fiancé's milestone birthday. He's normally such an organized person, so it surprised me that he would leave the contents of his pockets all over his dresser. As soon as I saw this organizer, I knew it would be the perfect gift for him, since he's very much an old soul with an affinity for propriety and cleanliness. This is more expensive than other men's valets, but the quality and design are well worth the extra money. This is an item he uses everyday, so it's worth the investment. There's so much useful storage space and we both love how it's contained rather than just open trays. The lining inside keeps items from shifting and provides nice padding. Plus the phone charging station is large and versatile since the cord can run through the front or back. The packaging is fantastic, even the box it comes in is sturdy and hints at the fine quality of this organizer. It is such an elegant valet box, truly something every gentleman should possess.

If your like me I want a single place to hold everything important to me that I either carry or wear on a daily basis. My watch, phone, wallet, keys, glasses, receipts, gift cards etc......no more looking for all of these items all over the house. It is stylish enough to pass the wife test to keep it on a table in the living room. My only reservation was the price. A bit high but good things aren't cheap, cheap things aren't good. I am very happy with my purchase.

Have only been using for a week but really like it so far. The watch drawers may be a bit short for very large watches. I have a Timex Triathlon watch with a poly watch band and open it fits with a bit of curl at each end. My Seiko’s with clasps fit easily. Nice having open space to store my everyday items without having to open a drawer. Drawer pull was crooked on arrival and thought I’d have to return it. I was able to gently but firmly twist it to straighten it. The presentation box it arrived in was dented and split on arrival, but it saved the valet from damage and as this was not a gift I was OK with that.

With this item you pretty much get what you pay for, and you’re definitely getting quality! It’s very well made, so well in fact that I went ahead and tinkered with and added a charging station for my Apple Watch (which is the only thing this organizer was missing for it to be perfect) and now it’s exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get an organizer.

I bought this for my significant other and he loved it. It’s just beautiful. Classy, sleek and so practical. It was thought out well in the drawer department where there is room for everything, especially in the watch area. He has many watches and there’s a place for all. The leather is impeccable. Wonderful job.

Lovely valet tray - nice look and sturdy feel, good quality, wide trays accommodate my large watches for width. Unfortunately, the trays are just too short (front to back length) to allow some of my watches to lie flat - so unless the straps can fold over flat - like a link band, nato band or leather band that folds flat, it won't hold a completely flat watch and band of any normal length. The top on mine stays open when you open it - it doesn't fall down - and the compartments are of a good size and depth to accommodate many things.

Fantastic beautiful good quality

Looked good until we started opening the package. Upper lid was damaged. Back part with hinges was torn. Once opened, it was obvious the back board, and faux leather cover were damaged. Holding the lid, the hinges fell out. Returned product for refund, which was no hassle.

We ordered 2 of these as graduation presents. One of the valet had an air bubble on top. Unfortunately the beautiful gift boxes had corners that were damaged. A stronger material is needed to strengthen the corners. Overall very pleased. Delivery was excellent.
