These are fantastic. They were applied to wooden stairs in a basement stairway that is normally not tremendously well lit. Because of the strip on them after the lights are off, they shine and guide you very easily. They stick very well, and if for some reason, they loosen overtime, you can easily reapply with double faced tape. They are really good safety measure. And I highly highly recommend.

Easy to install. Looks great and seems to be holding well. Definitely makes out deck stairs less slippery!

I was totally thrilled with this item. They shipped in a small box all rolled up and I thought they would stay curled for quite awhile, but they relaxed enough within 24 hours to install. I wound up cutting them in half because my steps are split, and they cut easily with a razor knife (box cutter). The paper was a little difficult to release from the back but once the corner was released it came off fairly easily. They stick very well to the cleaned dry surfsce.They look fabulous and now I don't have to worry about anyone tumbling on the stairs when they are wet. (They became quite slippery after I stained them)I'm very happy with my purchase and would suggest these to anyone looking for safety treads. I may add another picture to show the glow in the dark strip.

We bought these at the end of May 2022 and installed them in June 2022 when the temperature was around 80°F (27°C). We should have checked the box closer because ours did NOT come with the rollers so we had to improvise. The installation instructions, however, were very clear on the box and so they were relatively easy to install on our backyard wooden door steps and inside the garage. We did exactly what they instructed: Clean steps thoroughly and let dry before applying, etc. The box advised us not to install over gaps in the steps but we had no choice because we bought a size larger than recommended (we should have boughten 4" vs. 6"), so it was our mistake so no stars were taken off there. The adhesives on these are fantastic and they stick very well especially in high heat. All was good and we loved these treads all summer…and fall…until winter arrived. By February 2023, some of these treads that were outdoors had started to peel off and even blew away in the storm. Some are barely hanging on and just flapping around in the storm. However, the ones in the garage are still in excellent shape. So, while great indoors, outdoors these only lasted about 8 months for us. We will salvage what we have left and buy 3M Hi-Strength 90 adhesive spray to rectify the situation and see how that works out. They do get quite hot in the summer heat but the traction we get is worth it. They help our senior dog to not slip also which is wonderful! Overall, while these are great for indoors and work exactly as described, outdoors is a whole different story. They just didn’t last in our Chicagoland weather with clear four seasons. Therefore, I’d give them a 3.7/5.0 - 05/01/2023.

Work well and easy to apply. I bought these for my basement stairs. They were easy to apply and the glow in the dark stripe is a bonus. My husband’s vision is limited and he is able to see the stair treads and safely go downstairs. I had to recenter one and when I pulled it up it took the paint off the stair. Fortunately it was a basement stair.

These are Great! Great traction, green strip adds visibility. Adhesion excellent (follow simple instructions) helped my dog use outdoor steps after neurosurgery. Provided excellent paw grip. Great for people too. In rainy conditions less slipping on stairs .

The media could not be loaded. Added these to my deck and steps in garage. Been working great even with a solid two weeks of rain. They are still stuck down and my steps are much safer now. I have three Rottweilers that rush out the door and down the steps. These are keeping them from sliding and have held up perfectly! Also, the solid stain on my deck and steps is not getting clawed off thanks to these! Wasn’t sure how they would hold up due to some of the mixed reviews but if you install them properly, they work great.I did place them on my wooden deck which is painted with solid stain. Made sure the area was clean and dry. Pressed evenly and used a foam roller to press down. Love em! Glad I finally put them on!

Easy to put on, look great, excellent traction. I put them over paint on wood strips.
