The only time my little is allowed to use something with a screen is to take a photo, so imagine a 3 year old running around a botanical garden with an iphone, which are very expensive, and me just holding my breath the whole time (please dont drop it please dont drop it). They LOVE taking photos, they are actually very good, but I needed something they could have on their own to run outside with and take endless images on, that would be their very own and made durable for little kids. So, I ordered children's digital camera and it is a purchase I am proud to have made, because they have so much joy running around now, taking photos, and showing me when we get home. It is the perfect size, it has dropped and not an issue. Is it a professional adult camera? No. And it is not supposed to be. This is a beginner camera for little ones and it goes above and beyond in being very solid (not fragile!), easy to use, and fun. I highly recommend getting this product for a child ages 3-8.

We didn't really know what to expect when ordering this camera to give to our 2 1/2yr old for Christmas. She opened it & we plugged it in right away. As soon as we woke up in the morning we took it off the charger & turned it on. To my surprise I was very pleased. First & foremost, it appears to be VERY sturdy. I have a feeling its going to endure & survive many drops! It's easy for my daughters little hands to hold it & press the capture button with ease. Perfect selection of settings. Love that it records video & takes still shots. it has a time/date stamp on the images. Pictures are clear. Variety of filters & frames. Perfect little 1st camera for any toddler/child to have. If you decide to purchase this, make sure you purchase a sd card also if you don't already have 1. You must insert a micro sd card before you can start taking pictures. No batteries to replace, just plug it in to the usb charging cord that it comes with whenever it needs to be charged.

When I first opened this I thought what the heck? It is tiny (fits in my palm) and looks like a cheap piece of you know what. But then I gave it to my 8 year old and she loves it! It is more durable than it looks and takes pretty good pics. It also has little emojis you can add to pics which kids love. This is not a super high quality camera but a great toy to have fun with. You do have to buy a separate memory card to download the photos but we really don’t use it that way. Your kid will have a blast with it.

This product was smaller than expected it is very smallnto hold and it's made of plastic and feels cheap like if a kid drops it the camera feels like it would shatter. Thought it was a rubber textured outside and it's not. It doesn't have a micro SD card and it requires one to take any pictures at all. That I was unaware of, not the end of be the world but this product for the price is less than what I had expected.

I bought these for my 3&5 year old for Christmas,and I’m definitely happy with them. The picture quality is not great but it’s suitable for a young kid just starting to take photos. The boarders and little games are fun,and it’s easy for them to use with minimal to no help. They have had a lot of fun with them and I’m excited for them to be able to take them outside and along on family adventures this summer! I got a great deal on these and am very happy with what I got for the money. Plus, they are super cute!

It does what it says it does but I does have one con. I wish that it simulated taking pictures even without the SD card. Got it for my niece for Christmas, through some LOL Surprise stickers on it, perfect color to confuse a 4 year old. Anyhoo, when she went to use it, “NO SD CARD-INSERT SD CARD” across the screen. Which really confused and bummed her out. I mean I get it and it’s not affecting the review score but I just wanted a fake it til we made it (aka parents got and added sd card).

What else do you need to know? Are you expecting a Nikon or Canon or Hasselblad? The kids have a blast with them, they charge quickly, and who know if we will ever download the images to know the quality

This is a great camera for toddlers who have shown an interest in taking photos. The size is perfect for toddler hands. It comes with a lanyard which has been helpful for my daughter to put around her neck or carry it around her arm like a purse.Definitely read the instructions so that you can get well versed on the different functions of each button.One minor issue I have is that you have to plug it in to your computer to charge it. I don't have a computer at home so that's an issue for me. Other than that my daughter really likes the camera.
