Perfect! We had it for a library prize, the kids loved it!

I loved that my 7-year-old son was able to complete this build with zero assistance. With more complex sets, I often end up doing the majority of the build. I love spending time with my son, but I can lose the better part of a day to some Lego sets. This set was also very sturdy once assembled. My son is still young and, as such, wants to play with his Lego sets after assembly rather than just placing them on a shelf. I can't begin to express my frustration with sets that consistently fall apart from minor handling and having to search under furniture for pieces that fell off. This set was actually able to be dropped without completely blowing apart. Overall, we were very pleased with this set.

LEGO City Sky Police Jet Patrol 60206 Building Kit, 2019 (54 Pieces) is a great starter set! My son put this together very quickly and was eager to play with it. Recommended ages are 4 years old and up. This Lego set comes with a Sky Police jet plane with opening cockpit, turning searchlight and a special starter brick base. Bonus: a crook and a Sky Police officer mini figurines. This set comes with a simple guide to help pre school aged children build independently. Sky Police jet measures over 2-inch (7cm) high, 5-inch (14cm) long and 4-inch (11cm) wide. Incorporating other Lego sets with this set makes it more fun. Very easy to follow! Easy to build and great starter set!

My son is 5 and we have a "new foods chart". When he tries 10 new foods he gets a special something. Last time I used this and he loves it. This is a good challenge for a 5 year old. Hard but not too hard. He'll need my help from time to time but he can do most of it himself. That's what we were looking for. And under 10 bucks? Win.

It's a great gift item for small hands. Assembly requires time and concentration, but it's a learning experience that is also an accomplishment. Many days of fun will follow. The box arrived damaged, but not the item. This may be helpful to know in case it's a gift. Why the long delivery time?

For $10 (the true MSRP) this is a GREAT set. Other people have figured this out, though, and so the price fluctuates wildly even above $20.My 4yo daughter loved doing the set, I like the design, and play ability is there with the satellite deploy bay, wingtip and flaps moving, nice cockpit to fit the astronaut into.Really just great!

Got this for my 3 year old because he likes playing legos with his sister. I lll we it would be a bit advanced. But it was simple to put together (not too many small pieces and only 84 total), I built most of it with help of my son, but was able to get through all thing before he lost attention. The astronaut and little space ship is a lot of fun for my kids. Well worth the $8 to buy it.

This sturdy little kit is not the smallest space kit but it is easy enough to begin a childs intrest in space and absolutely great price point for lego products to number of pieces included in kit. Works great as small gift or surprise.
