My well water gives me "natural mineral water": We have to clean our faucet heads rather frequently (and we can see the accumulated grit), and our shower heads become stained rather quickly. So we have decided to just get affordable heads and replace them when we get "fed up" with the old ones. We liked the original Waterpik when they came out, the "water massage" with various settings was a novelty back then. This new one is cheaper, lighter, and simpler to install. I do have one gripe though, the bracket that holds the showerhead is very loose, literally "flops around", by the hose attached to the head. The "unit" is secured to the pipe-head and there is no leaking, just the swivel bracket that holds the showerhead is very loose and one might need to adjust the position multiple times during a shower. The original version felt more substantial and the bracket stayed firmly in place once you adjust it to the preferred position.

This replaced the original shower sprayer which was replaced by a much fancier one that promised powerful spraying action. The new one is now being replaced with a new shower sprayer which is exactly like the one that was replaced. This shower sprayer offers powerful and fast water in a place where water pressure is already low. I cannot be without this shower system ever again. It lather a lot of soap in the shower and this makes the time in shower much faster, especially when I’m pressed for time to get to work. I will purchase again if I have to. Also, it was SUPER FAST delivery service which I was very pleased with from the seller. Brand new in the packaging.

Great shower head. Pro tip: the flow restrictor is in the shower holder. Remove the white filter plug and you can push out the blue restrictor plate. Discard both and enjoy full power showers.

The thing that fastens to the shower pipe will NOT tighten! The instructions said not to use pipe tape so we meticulously removed what was left there from the previous shower head. My husband worked and worked and could not get it to tighten enough to stop the leaks . He Finally used a thick cloth and channel locks and had to exert so much force , the teeth went thru that very thick cloth snd ate into the plastic. He stopped the leaks but now it looks awful. This should NOT be that hard to tighten and is advertised as easy and not requiring pipe tape. Once we finally got that done, the rest was easy and it works fine. The water flow seems sufficient and the pulsating water is very strong. The hose seems a little short but probably will be ok. I deducted two stars for the leaks and very difficult way it has to be attached to the shower pipe. I don’t suppose we’ll notice the damaged plastic that much as long as it doesn’t leak anymore . I’m contacting water pik….maybe they’ll send me another attachment and better directions on how to install it easily and so that it doesn’t leak .

I had had the same shower head for years (decades?) and needed to replace it. This one does all I need it to do and was easy to install. I've had it for several months thus far, and I think it will do well for the long term.

The media could not be loaded. I have a Waterpik, just like this one, for years and like it. My Dad now needs help taking a shower and his showerhead wasn't working so I thought I would get him a handheld shower head right away since the last two times I had to use a cup to shower him. I was a little worried because some of the reviews made it sound like there was hardly any water pressure but this looks good to me. I personally don't like the water hitting me so it feels like needles and my Dad will appreciate it too. Sorry the video isn't very good against the pink wall but hopefully you will be able to see it's not just dribbling out like others made it sound like it did. No leaks! Took me no time to install it. I was already exhausted from the busy day with appointments and this didn't frustrate me at all, thank goodness.Only thing I wish is that it had at least another foot on the hose.
