Yes but you have to remove the stock fender flares but I recommend that you go to AutoZone and buy black screw with the built on washer and clips lock clip for the easier to screw in then the cheap ones that come with it

What is the prep work required to paint these?

We left ours black, no painting

Do these fit 2005 ford f150 stx styleside? the check says they do but the first customer review says they do not...don't want to drill new holes.

I did not think they did, Id contact the seller. We have a 2005 f150 XLT and they fit beautifully!

covers up a lot of rust i had coming thru above my rear finders. toke about 8 hours for me to put them on. bought some self-tapping screws to install them instead of using the hardware that came with them. truck looks much better with no rust showing.
