kate spade new york Cedar Street Medium Harmony Shoulder Bag

I travel a few times per month for work and this bag is perfect for travel or even every day use. Besides the usual bag inventory --- tri-fold wallet, make-up pouch, sunglasses case, reusable bags, etc. --- it easily fits my 8" tablet, iPhone 6s, Galaxy S5, and portfolio that holds a 8.5" x 11" notepad and files. Despite the large size of this bag, it fits under the airplane seat in front of you. This bag is well constructed (which I am a stickler about since my bags take a beating and are required to constantly carry heavy loads) and features the clean, simple lines that I appreciate. I am 5'7" and normally wear about a 2" heel; the bag is a good size for me as it doesn't overwhelm or underwhelm my frame.

I searched for weeks and finally decided on this Kate Spade bag. It arrived on time and was perfect. The color is a little darker than it appears online, more of a light taupe. The fabric is great, durable and easy to wipe clean. It's an sophisticated bag that holds ALOT. I use it as an every day purse but I am able to stuff in work files or kid toys on the weekend. It was a little larger than I thought and at first I thought it might be too big. But after a few days I was use to it and got a ton of compliments from my friends that like "other" high end handbags. I would highly recommend and I am not obsessed with Kate Spade products.

I had the Michael Kors jet set bag in my wishlist for a long time and when it was finally to buy myself a new purse I reconsidered since it is all over Pinterest and it seems like everyone has it. I love the upgrade feel of this Kate Spade bag. I own a few others and this item is authntic. It arrived with its dust bag, green tags and all of the zipper hardware and inside pockets have the right logos. It definitely is large enough to hold a laptop. It's very well structured and the saffiano cross hatched leather is a very elegant touch.

Love my new KS Cedar Street Med Harmony. I chose the black. It is both elegant and durable. It came with all packaging, documentation and dust bag that you would receive at the KS store or site. It is much more beautiful than the pics can show. Perfect touch of class to carry everything needed for a full day; and at an amazing price. Thanks KS and Amazon!

I purchased this bag in 2014. It's traveled with me all over the world. I used it as a laptop bag and purse. It got lots of use. I do think it was a good investment, but unfortunately the strapped broke on my trip home this past Friday 08/12/16. I'm going to purchase a replacement, however i'm planning on purchasing directly from Kate Spade. It's more expensive, but at least i'll know it authentic.

I have used this purse for approximately one year and cared for it so meticulously that there isn't even a stain on the bottom of the thing. This was my first purchased from Kate Spade and I LOVED the bag! The size, color and style were perfect. The straps however, are a different story. As you can see in the photo's after one year of use ALL 4 straps have torn. I have much cheaper purses that have not torn like this and I have used them for many more years. While I love this bag, it breaks my heart that I can only get one years use of the $200+ I paid for it. I am hoping my bag must be a defect, but I cannot bring myself to risk another $200+ to find out!

When I first received this bag I thought it was going to be too big and, since it is "stiff", just too bulky. I LOVE this bag and get compliments all the time! The thin strap are sturdy but seem to make it less bulky. Because the bag keeps its shape it's easy to find things in it - especially while I'm driving and need to fish something out of it for my kids!:)

This bag is a joke. I have only had it since March and first the pocked ripped and now the straps broke off. I have the same one in a different color, that was bought at an actual Kate Spade store, and had used that one for work for over a year prior to this one, and not a single stitch is off. I am not sure if the seller is selling damaged or faulty bags but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. I even took it to a Kate Spade store and they were shocked. Extremely disappointed considering how much the bag costs.
