This is our favorite butcher paper. It’s thick and does a great job soaking up grease. It’s easy to use, and easy to cut on the edge it comes with, but be careful it’s sharp! Great size, perfect for grilling trays. We haven’t used it for wrapping yet but it seems like it would be great for wrapping meats and sealing in flavor.

Used it on my smoked brisket wrap and worked excellent..good size and easy to use with the box it came in..flavor of the meat wrapped was great..
