Buttoned Down Men's Tailored Fit Spread Collar Pattern Dress Shirt

I have officially fallen in love with Buttoned Down, the amazon men's clothing company. THey have filled a much-needed hole in the marketplace for men by focusing exclusively on men's clothing and ensuring that their garments are available in every possible size and body shape. Most shirts come in at least 3 different versions: a "regular" (full figured cut), tailored ((tailored, traditional look) and slim or skinny fit, which are the most form-fitting. I have always struggled finding clothes in my size. I am very tall (6'2") with very long legs and arms. In the past, finding a dress shirt with the right sleeve length (37") meant wearing a shirt that was large enough to fit three of me inside. With Buttoned Down you determine which "cut" best fits your body shape, and then you can order the exact neck, sleeve length, and fit for every shirt. No more compromises. Another perk is that, although there is not an exhaustive selection of different styles and colors. the difference in the way the shirt fits you makes a HUGE difference in how good the shirt looks. A well fitting dress shirt looks sharp and upscale even when it is just a white shirt. Trust me on this, give these a try. I won't buy anything else now.

I skeptically purchased one of these shirts and boy was I surprised by the quality and fit. I used to buy Nordstrom dress shirts which costed me $70 so buying one of these was not a loss at $15 if it didn’t fit right. Since my first purchase, I have bought a total of 6 shirts. The quality of the fabric is great. The tailored fit is just right if you are a bigger guy and need that extra room in the chest. The only downside, if you want to call it one, is the length of the tails. You can’t wear this shirt out of the pants, it’s too long but when tucked in, it will not come out and make you look sloppy. Run, don’t walk to buy this shirt.

I bought this shirt for my teenage son in grey-black plaid for a job interview. I measured him before purchase and after washing and drying it did fit as expected. But... I would not call this shirt "tailored". My son is not skinny, but he is pretty slim and this shirt was quite baggy around the mid section. I wouldn't call it tailored. It's been awhile since I've purchased a men's dress shirt, but I think this fits more like a regular fit than a tailored fit. My son liked it and asked me if I could get him another, which I plan on doing. But the prices are all over the place (and all sold by Amazon so I don't understand the price difference). I paid $11 for the one I am reviewing right now and at that price I think the shirt was a good deal. I am about to buy another for $14, but I wouldn't go higher than that. I see some of the colors are $50. This is NOT a $50 shirt. Not at all. Not even close. So... my 4 star review is based on the price a paid. I deducted one star because the abdomen area is baggy and fits nothing like the picture shown. Everything else I liked about the shirt on him.

This fit me nicely. Athletic heavy set guy who need something that's not like an umbrella when I tuck it in to my pants, and this is it. It's missing all the flairs, like cut sleeves, but who cares. The buttons on my sleeve are easy to button, they fit well, and not like a parachutes, and they look great. I'll be ordering more. If y you're not fat but you have large shoulders, but need bigger neck, but shorter arm length, but don't need a lot of extra when you tuck it in your pants, this works out beautifully. Cons: The neck does get dirty quickly and this does shrink quite a lot. Not the length, but shrinks in the neck and arm lengths. Overall, good buy.

I’m 6ft 200lbs 42” shoulders and a longer torso... this cut fits well with enough material to tuck in. If you are borderline big and tall, meaning outside the standard fit. This is not a good option if you are a solid slim fit, meaning you don’t have a belly and you’re trying to show off ... it would be a little baggie but that’s all. I was happy with that..... The only downside was that it was priced a bit higher than other options... I can find dress shirts for around 10-20 dollars for classic fits.

This shirt is well made, beautiful fabric, and great attention to detail. My husband us 6'4", 250 lbs with longer than normal arms. Big and tall sizes are too big for him. Most regular sizes don't go big enough. I bought an 18.5" x 38" and it fits perfectly. The fabric is really nice and it looks amazing under his suit coat as well as on it's own.

I have had many shirts from other manufacturers like Boss, Brooks Brother, Banana Republic and etc., and none of them fitted more comfortably than the one that I just bought from Button Down. The material is excellent and it is very comfortable to wear. I bought 3 shirts at an very deep discount price and love them very much.

Acquistata perché attirato dal 100% cotone supima e il prezzo (meno di 15€). Molto apprezzata la taglia differenziata tra collo e maniche. Io ho acquistato una 39/84 e mi calza perfettamente (di solito porto una M). Anche la con la 39/86 mi sono trovato bene. Buona fattura, cotone molto liscio (non lucido) e abbastanza sottile. Si stira facilmente. Polsini e colletto rigidi il giusto.

El algodón con el que está fabricada la prenda es de lo mejor que hay: es sencillo de planchar, es fresco y se mantiene sin arrugas durante todo el día. Es importante que para la compra distingan entre los tipos de corte, ésta en lo particular es de corte regular, así que si tienen su medida correcta de la manga y el cuello les tiene que quedar bien. El servicio de mensajería cumplió con el tiempo de entrega.
