Tramontina Professional 10-Inch Non Stick Frying Pan, Heavy-Gauge Aluminum Skillet with Reinforced Nonstick Coating, Red Handle, Dishwasher and Oven Safe

We’ve only used it once so far, but I already love it. I followed the instructions in the manual that it comes with. Washed it, oiled it, washed again, then used it to cook some burgers. It was so easy to clean after the burgers were done. It’s the same size as our old pan, which I couldn’t find a brand name for, but it’s been around for awhile and needed replaced. This pan makes me very happy, it didn’t break the bank and food doesn’t stick to it. A 14” pan is plenty room for cooking. The bottom of the pan where it sits on the stove is a little scratched, but the interior surface is fine. Im going to follow the care instructions in the manual to make sure this pan lasts a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

It too me way to long to research and try a worthy non stick sauté pan. But, it was worth it in the long run.I bought a Caraway sauté pan and quite frankly, not impressed. Expensive and the easy, sliding eggs were not in my pan!I bought the 12 inch variety of this brand. Feels nice and balanced without excessive weight. I like the size as it is the perfect real estate for cooking breakfast for two, large vegetable sauté, etc.I do recommend this pan as an overall winner.

Great pan. All of my other "nonstck" pans only stayed that way for a short time, this one is still perfect after 7 months and at least 50 uses. I think it is very important to not use high heat as all non stick pans suggest. I may have ruined my old ones by using high heat, so i am very careful with this beauty. I use medium to medium high only.

I've used this for 2 months now and I like it. It is lightweight (a + for me and a - for others) because of the aluminum base. Seems to heat very evenly and truly nonstick. Dropped 1 star because the handle is very long and just barely fits in my pot drawer. Have never had a pan with such a long handle. I don't use this type of pan in my oven so I plan to leave the silicon piece on the handle. Actually, we haven't been able to get it off! All in all, a good buy especially at this price.

Previously purchased the 10" and loved it so much that I purchased the 12" when my OXO pan began to flake off the non-stick coating and the bottom became bowed. I just love my new 12" fry pan - nice and heavy-dury, cleans easily and is deeper than my 10" for larger meals. The only problem is my exisitng 12" lid doesn't quite fit as well as I'd like, but that might just be a problem with my lid and not the pan.

Really like this skillet. I know you have seen the commercials where the eggs just slide around when the skillet is moved. This one is REALLY like that! I bought the other type of nonstick Tramontina skillet to see which is better. The ceramic one is definitely the best.

This is a great pan, but it's really really big! It only fits in the sink at an angle and although it is dishwasher safe according to the manufacturer, it is so big it is difficult to fit in the dishwasher. It is aluminum so it's not as heavy as it looks, but it's still heavy enough to make my wrist ache if I try to hold it one handed with anything in it. It is lovely though to be able to fit everything in one batch instead of having to split things up!

Tremontina makes very good cookware. I have used several of their skillets for a number of years and the quality is first rate. I do a lot of home cooking and these skillets are great a built very well. I have purchased much more expensive skillets in the past from other brands but for now this is my go to brand for quality and price.
