The powder dissolves quickly and easily in water and I usually just add it to my protein shake in the morning. The recommended dose is 1 scoop a day. There are 20 servings inside each bottle. The bottle is a screw-top cap and is not childproof. This probiotic is working great for me, but is pretty pricey. If you have digestive issues, it is worth is as I am no longer in pain from gassy bloating.
