LiBa Indoor Electric Bug Zapper 2 Pack

Works well been using them for long time. They keep killing bugs. Inside my garage and have one inside my house. Make no sound until it unlive a bug.

Like the headline says, good while it lasted. The unit performs great...until it breaks. One of the two bulbs made a strange pop after working for 4 months. The smell of plastic filled the room and the light bulb had that black light bulb, I broke color. After airing out the house and putting in a new bulb, the new bulb doesn't light up. I think that socket may have "blown up", the light doesn't come on. I don't know if anyone else has tried to replace a bulb, but all my replacements look good, but make that broken light bulb sound. I hope this is not the case. Good thing I ordered a 2 pack, so we still have bug killing goodness. We were using only one of the bug zappers. I'll update after I get a response from my customer support email. I love that bug zapper sound...but it can get a little loud, that's how you know its working. Update 3/4/24 - Thought I was getting a refund based on my order, but somehow the communication via Amazon did not save in the "system". This company or someone in the company is a fraud. Either that or Amazon is editing their reviews. So 1 star again since it can't be lower. Also, the company asks for a video, but gmail won't allow it so I upload here. Somehow the video gets deleted. So I upload it again. We'll see if you can hear the cooked bug light in the video, if they allow it to stay posted. BEWARE FIRE HAZARD!!! Update 3/5/24 - I was too quick to judge, my bad. Company made good on the refund and did me right. That's all your can ask for. Revising review to 5 stars for the Company, but the product needs to be made better and more durable. Liba, if you come out with a revised product, send me a free one and I'll test and review it.

The zap is pretty loud and startled me at first, but it works so well. Easy to use and set up.

This thing makes a snap noise loud enough to turn heads on the other side of my house. So why 5 stars for that? It's the reward I get when another blood-sucking mosquito bites the dust. And this thing has been snapping constantly in my garage and inside my house. It works. Definitely! I watched one mosquito drift into it looking for my leg to bite on, and it just vaporized! I am glad it is easy to clean because it needs it frequently. And that is ok by me. My only two complaints is that it is flimsy on the guard, with those little springs that hold it in place. And that the zap is so intense that it throws bug parts out from it all over my bench and desk. But that is ok by me too. It kills those things that bother you. And it does it very well. AND it comes with a set of replacement bulbs. 2 thumbs up! I love this thing and I will get more to take with me camping to run off an A/C generator. NOTE: I parked a Halloween LED UV bar behind it to see if I could get extra kills. Who knows if that worked, but it lit up my Einstein poster nicely! =) 3 MONTHS LATER - A loud pop at the end of the top bulb of one of the units and then a steady plume of white smoke. I gave this 5 stars until this happened. If the seller takes care of it, I'll update my rating and this review. 6 MONTHS LATER - No reply from the company after I contacted them. This might have been a great device before, but apparently they are making them cheaper and they clearly have safety and reliability concerns. Manufacturer does not respond. Save your money and look for something safer and more reliable. FOUND THE CAUSE - Beware, the manufacturer is using bad capacitors. This is what caused the pop and the smoke on mine. And they still did not reply and honor their warranty.

Love this thing, kills all the bugs

I purchased this 2-pack LiBa Electric Bug Zapper after having a previous unit from the same company that lasted a long time. Based on that experience, I decided to buy the set. These bug zappers work very well and have proven to be durable and reliable. I use them in a commercial facility, but they are also suitable for home use. Performance has been consistent, and they do the job effectively. Overall, a solid product with good longevity and value. I would purchase them again.

Bought one awhile back and use it all the time without issues. Bought two more recently. Fast delivery along with extra bulbs. Good build quality bug zapper the kills small to big bugs. Can get a little loud at times but it's satisfying to know it's doing the job.

I set the pair up as soon as I got them and I was NOT disappointed. I can tell you that the noise they make when they dispatch an unlucky insect is pretty loud, but I now look forward to it. One nice thing is that you get 4 extra bulbs when you buy the two pack. I noticed that the bulbs in one of my units were not lighting up, so I trouble shot the unit per the instructions. Be sure you follow the instructions when you have the screen open and are working around the charge grate. I swapped out the bulbs and the unit still wouldn't light up. The charge grate was still getting power because one of the actions you need to perform when you open the unit is to touch across both sides with an insulated screwdriver (with the unit turned off and unplugged). It was still arcing, so I knew it that wasn't the issue. It seemed that the light ballast had stopped working and it isn't user serviceable. I emailed LiBa customer support and received an almost immediate reply. The process was very simple and a replacement unit was sent free of charge very quickly. Now they are both up and running and it sure doesn't sound like bugs like them as much as I do. Good stuff and great customer service.
