Q: I have ordered this product twice in a row and both times I never received it!!! If I order it again will the same thing happen??

Hi Neil, thank you for asking this question. As of this date 4/3/20, this product is being sold by over 13 different sellers, including Amazon itself. As a buyer, you have the choice to purchase from any of these vendors. If you add the item to your cart, Amazon may choose which vendor ships your item. Some of the sellers may have the item on back-order so that could be a reason why your item never arrived. Or, perhaps the item was lost in transit. However, at Specialty Sodas, we have been selling FIJI water for years and ship and deliver within days of purchase, all tracked with UPS/FedEx tracking numbers so you know exactly where your beverages are from the warehouse to your house. Our FIJI water is in stock and ready to ship immediately.
