The polycarbonate tub is thick and sturdy. The lid fits well. I really like the neoprene sleeve. It seems to really keep the heat in. The metal rack is great. It keeps your food submerged and leaves room for water to circulate around it. The design is nice because you can use as many or as few vertical pieces as you need in any position. This is really easy to set up and use.

Worked great; the rack held everything under the water, and my Sous Vide attached perfectly. The insulated pouch is nice as it helps maintain temperature, but it has a strong, unpleasant smell.

This is a fantastic cambro for a sous vide setup. It's big enough for a modest meat roast or several steaks. The neoprene jacket holds the heat in, and the lid retains heat to prevent evaporation. The rack is okay and separates portions. My only criticism is that the rack--while it's similar to most others on the market--is a little... precarious? Definitely not a show-stopper, though, because this chamber's great. If you need anything bigger, use a cooler or a tub.

Ever since we discovered the world of Sous Vide cooking, we have been looking for tools to make the experience even easier. This container certainly gives ease of cleanup, and I love that it has the perfect fitting lid. If my review was based solely on the container I would give it five stars. Unfortunately, the insulated cover that it comes with has an incredibly strong smell. I left it on my patio for two warm summer days to help out-gas. It has gotten better, but if you or your family member are sensitive to that sort of thing it’s definitely something to be aware of. I also found the rack to be a little awkward, it serves a great purpose and is made to conveniently fold up, the only problem is that when using it’s quite wobbly to set up. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase.

Just what I wanted. Nicely made and finished. The neoprene cover keeps the heat in and the perfect fitting lid keeps the water from evaporating. Fits my Anova sous vide Pro perfectly. Haven’t yet used the rack, so can’t comment on that. Worth the cost for sure.

I used this to Brine my chicken for thanksgiving. It worked out quite well. It also performed well with temperature change from boiling to cold.

Wonderful addition to my Sous Vide cooker. It holds a lot of water, it's wrapped in a sleeve so that the container does not sweat, it has a lid so you can keep the heat in it and comes with attachments so that if you want to put individual FoodSaver bags in the slots you can do that. Dont let the price stop you I don't see how you can do wrong it's also got a little slot for the cooker to fit into and if you want to leave it on your counter it looks good there as well. I recommend this product.

The price is honestly absurd to me for just a container, but it works well honestly with my Anova sous vide machine. It’s very spacious and I haven’t noticed any damages while using it for regularly for two years. It’s good but I wish the price was a little lower.
