Yes removes clumps etc. excellent brush for cats. Bought smaller version. Heavy to hold brilliant quality. Use on my cat couple times per week. Best on the market in my opinion. You get what you pay for. Would buy from seller again. Hope this helps.

No I don’t think so. It removes the fur that was going to fall.. it’s like a “comb that trims” it’s not for clumps
