Founders Fish Fertilizer

This stuff is potent but it also works well. It smells less like fish than liquefied and concentrated manure but, honestly, the best fertilizers are waste based (just not carnivore waste). Stinks like no one's business so open it outside and store it in the garage or garden shed. And wear gloves.

I purchased the Heirloom fish fertilizer about one month ago and I fed my roses right away and they Love it and have put on new growth since using it the foliage looks healthier too. I was amazed at how fast this worked. I live in Pennsylvania zone 7a just for reference. I will definitely be ordering the larger size now. I wanted to try it first so I got the small one and once I saw how my roses responded I was so happy and my roses were happy too. It's really easy to mix and it does smell bad but the smell goes away pretty quick for me anyways and I wear disposable gloves so I don't get it on my hands. I also fertilize early in the morning like around 6:30 am. Thank you Heirloom roses for such a great product.

Best rose food out there for new roses! This bottle lasted me all season for the 5 new rose plants I got. These were all new own roots roses and with this food, every single one bloomed this year and bloomed quite a lot. Easy directions and its organic and safe to use around pets!

The next day after using this on all my flowers and plants, more flowers starting popping up. Everything was so happy!!

Great fertilizer for my roses but my dogs and the cat did too. This stuff is made with a fish stew and slightly smells like it too. Keep this in mind.

This stuff is amazing. I really can’t believe how good it works. I normally don’t really write reviews but reviews helped decide to buy this fish fertilizer. I remember one review said that u see it work in 48hrs but I would say in just 24hrs I have seen new growth in my rose that I bought from heirloom. It broke during shipping and I was so excited to fix it. Now in less than 2 weeks from the time I gave the fertilizer it already got two buds, I wasn’t expecting it to work that fast. It was growing really great and healthy but rose buds? I’m so happy bout it. I didn’t wanna give it one star for the scent though it really stink. This product deserves more than 5 stars, I don’t care bout the scent as long as it works. I’ll never go back to any other fertilizer but just fish fertilizer from now on. I’ve used it for my other rose plant. I must say I’m a happy and satisfied customer.
