Excellent!
Holds well, almost no scent, easy to use, and not at all greasy. I've been trying a few different products lately, and this one stands out.

More of a balm than a wax, but good for what it is.
Originally posted on handlebarclubforum dot org. Overall, I like this wax for everyday use to give the moustache a bit of direction and to tame the wild hairs, but the hold is not strong enough to allow any style other than my natural curl. It smells nice, applies easily, and disappears completely. Reviewer's climate: US Great Plains, temperatures in the 80s F currently, 50+% humidity. Reviewer's Moustache style(s): Hungarian, w/tip curls on occasion. I tend to not use anything but lanolin a couple of times a day unless I need to curl the tips. My span is only a bit over 6" at present, so not a lot of hold is needed unless I decide to curl the tips. Consistency and firmness: The consistency is soft, a bit oily/greasy at room temperature. Scrapes up very easily on a fingernail, and turns into a smear almost instantly when rubbed between fingers. No external heat needed to dispense or apply. Combs through easily. Application and visibility: After smearing around between finger and thumb, application into moustache is easy. I find it's soft enough that I have to be careful to get it off the sides of my fingers, as it tends to migrate there when I rub my fingers together. It disappears completely into my salt-and-pepper moustache. (Mostly pepper, as of now.) I can't see it being very visible on any color hair. Durability: It's a light hold product. The tin says "Medium hold, with maximum possibilities." I don't think I'd try to get any curl to hold using this wax. On a scale from 0-10, where 0 is no product, and 10 is Got2B Glued, this is a 2 or 3. I've used it from time to time instead of lanolin, when I want just a bit more control. Durability is low, but the tin is pocket size, so easy to take with you for a touch-up if needed. Washes out easily with water and soap, but it tends to disappear by itself. Additional thoughts and conclusions: I suspect this wax might be more useful in the winter when it's dry and cold. For now, the hold is just enough to tame a few stray hairs and give general direction to the moustache. Seems to be kind to my hairs, they seem soft and smooth after use. Tin is nicely rounded on edges, opens easily, carries well in pocket of trousers. Has a "Best by:" date on the side. Not sure what might go bad, perhaps oils might get rancid? The Badger Co. very proudly makes all organic products. Smell is sweetish, vanilla extract with a hint of an herb/medicinal smell, but not at all unpleasant, and goes away fairly quickly. Assuming Badger Co. follows the standard practice, castor oil is the main ingredient, which would explain the oily/greasy consistency, along with other oils and Shea butter. Standard beeswax, with a smaller amount of carnauba wax.

Good wax; but where did your mascot go??
Great for daily use, and perfect sizefor the pocket.. but for the love of goodness..PLEASE PUT THE BADGER BACK ON THE CAN! I know it's a petty gripe, but the badger gives me smiles everytime.

Product Review
Good product. My husband uses it daily! However, he initially purchased the wax due to the badger packaging and has bought several since but is very disappointed that it now changed to green. The product itself is just a basic wax, it gets the job done.

Great product without the hype
I really like this stache wax. It has decent hold, it's easy to work and the scent is very mild and not offensive. I'm not the handle bar type, but I really hate the wild hair poking around. I first found this at a Cracker Barrel store, but bought my last from there on clearance. This is my every day wax for good facial hair grooming. It's not oily, but heats up quickly in my fingers and is very easy to apply. It combs through nicely and provides moderate hold. The scent is light and masculine and tends to evaporate rather quickly. Good stuff for good grooming.

Wax on!
My go-to mustache wax. Pliable and not overtly fragrant.

Strong Scent; Rock Hard...Works (Updated Review)
I need a wax to keep my Van Dyke under control and styled. This wax may not be for you. The scent, while not unpleasant, is powerful. OK, it's right under your nose, so you're going to smell it, however, the scent doesn't fade away. Meh. But the biggest drawback is that the product is almost impossible to get out of the (very small) tin. It's rock hard. I have to use a sharp instrument to get a portion out. Not good. On the positive side, it does offer moderate hold and styling if you can get it out from under your fingernail, if that's how you removed some. I can't recommend this product. Update: January 25 I am updating my review and raising my scoring to 4 stars and here's why... I finally figured out how to use this product and it now meets my needs as a mustache/beard wax. The wax is still rock hard, but I am not applying it with an old mustache brush. I work the bristles into the wax and brush it into my van dyke. Application AND Styling in one pass. BIG difference. Recommended. (Just follow my application process)

Amazing wax, small is awesome. I would say better the medium hold, close to hard!

I've tried 4 or 5 different kinds of moustache wax and this one is by far the best for my needs. I don't have a handlebar moustache but it can be unruly and just look sloppy with long strands sticking out. Because of the natural look I'm going for this stuff is very impressive with its more resin-like shiny appearance and feel. It doesn't harden like others, this wax stays kinda soft and comb-able but with good hold for natural looks. Follow the instructions, you need to work the wax into your fingers well until it becomes clear. And, continually as you apply the wax to keep it clear on your fingers. It washes off very easy in the shower and wipes off your fingers with tissue no problem. Just a light waxy scent too which is the cherry on top for this awesome wax.

It did not provide a waxing for as long as I would have liked but easy to apply and looks good.
