They're correct, food doesn't stick with the enameled coating. BUT it will chip so use care in handling (I returned the first shipment because the corners were shipped).

Don't even use my Panni maker anymore.

Use with bacon, burgers, grilled chicken and fish. I'll be trying pork chops. It is heavy duty and works great. Clean up requires a little soap water. That's easy.

Well made and has good weight. The ceramic coating works.The height of the handle could be a quarter inch more. Twice my knuckles got seared as I grabbed the handle. The clearance is not sufficient. The wooden handle also gets very hot, not sure why, is it a composite material? If you have large meaty hands I would not get this. However I like the product and now wrap a small towel on the handle while searing.

I like the fact that it's heavy enough to do the job in addition to which it cleans up easily and I don't have to worry about it rusting I've been thinking about getting one for years and I think I'm well satisfied with my purchase.

Great weight, great size, I like the grill pattern.The wood handle is not great, I think the handle downgraded something great to nice.I bought a bundle of two, which I am happy about. We grilled all 4 paninis together with the two presses tonight.

I love this press as it does the job. It helps to cook meats more evenly and will keep your bacon from curling up. I really like the fact that it is enameled which means that it is easily cleaned and there is no concern about rusting. Definitely recommended.
