GREAT QUICK MEAL
This is the only brand of Dolmas I trust---other brands have had under-cooked rice, tough, stringy grape leaves or seem really old and fall apart before you can get them out of the can. I bought a stack of them a few months ago, and then got Covid; didn't feel like cooking at all, but could open these up and nibble one or two at a time. They are delicious. My daughter works in a high stress community activist job that takes her all around the city, and sometimes she just doesn't have time to eat. She can keep a can in her car or at her desk and be done with food in 5 minutes. Best if you squeeze a lemon onto them; they are filling but not toxic or heavy like fast food meat---a vegan could enjoy!

Fabulous addition for snacks, a welcome addition to dinner, or for a picnic or a company meal!
Do you ever eat the stuffed grape leaves on the olive bar at Kroeger's or Fresh Market? You've probably eaten these! Really (the clerk at a Fresh Market actually showed me the can!). But it isn't very convenient to use commercial-sized cans at home (though, believe me, I have). These convenient little cans, containing 6 stuffed grape leaves each and so easy to open with their flip-tops, are perfect to store in the pantry and then grab later for so many things: a snack for 1-3 people, a dinner side at room temperature for 2-3 people to liven up that dinner plate of tired rice-and-chicken, or a main dish for a Greek, Lebanese or Mediterranean meal with suitable accompaniments. The flavors are terrific. Plan on 2-3 per person for an appetizer or side dish and 4-6 (ie. two thirds or a whole can per person) for a main course. These make a wonderful addition to an appetizer platter (especially good with olives, artichoke hearts, or tzatziki or tahini). One or more cans' worth are great as a vegetable dish, heated or cold, with or without a little Greek-flavored tomato sauce on top. And with hummus, pita, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, a few crudités with tzatziki or tahini dip and maybe a salad or some sliced meats or cheeses, they become a staple for a lovely buffet meal at home or on a picnic. These are packed in a flavorful and extremely light marinade (if you open several cans, do yourself a favor and save the marinade for use as a light salad dressing or on top of grilled meat/fish/vegetables!) that sets off the stuffed dolmas deliciously. A wonderful treat almost anytime.

Best Canned Dolmas I’ve Found
I had reservations about buying canned dolmas, as my aunt used to grow her own grape leaves, brine them herself, and make the best dolmathes I’ve ever tasted. These weren’t Aunt Koko’s, but were very tasty, with a great balance of leaves to stuffing, and of salty/savory/tart/oil. Add some homemade tzatziki, and your guests will think you’ve spent three days in the kitchen to crank these out. One can is a near perfect meal for one or snack/appetizer for 2-3.

Excellent Dolmates (Stuffed Grape Leaves)
If you love stuffed grape leaves, you will LOVE these. These taste very close to the ones I had in Greece. I’ve had many cans from this company. For the most part, they are consistent in giving you tender grape leaves in every can. The oil is not bitter or rancid. I’ve never had a problem with damaged cans. My only complaint is that either the seller or Amazon cannot keep with the demand of Subscribe and Save customers like me and cancels them. I highly recommend this product.

Made in GREECE !!!
Really good ! These are the real deal. The 7 oz cans are small (about 4 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep) and hold 6 dolmas. They're perfect for one serving for lunch with a salad or 1/2 a gyro. The flavor is mild, with just enough tang from the grape leaf brine, and seasoned well with dill and onion. These taste much like the ones I get at my supermarket 'olive bar'. One can has 240 calories (40 calories per dolma), but 1050 mg of sodium. These might not be something I eat every day- but will enjoy them when I do :) The photo of the product doesn't show it- but there is a standard 'lift tab' on the bottom, so very easy to open. The photo 'end' of the can is pretty enough for a gourmet gift basket.

Delicious, Super Tasty Dolmas
Delicious, but then I realized I can get the same product (different brand, but same delicious taste/quality) at our local Trader Joe's ---- for less $$.

They’re good, however
They were good, however, price increased by $10 quickly. At that price nope. Taste was OK though, two stars for price, 3-4 for taste. I can make some cheaper that will taste as good.

Easy-to-grab dolmas we keep in our pantry
I've tried to make dolmas using fresh grape leaves from vines on our property with limited success. I think you have pick them at the right time so they're not so stemmy. I might try again, but until then, these are great. I usually buy the 12-pack and keep as a pantry staple. Each can comes with exactly six dolmas - perfect for just my wife and I.
