I'm not a "review this" guy...when I order stuff, right or by mistake I'll handle it. That being said, the last 4-5 days I was going to work absolutely crushed, my energy was down to maybe 20% all day, I thought, being diabetic, this was a sugar thing...nope. got home and crashed out, no dinners...cut my lawn on Monday, usually takes me 20 minutes front and back, this time I took 3 breaks in between, just no energy! I thought I had to call my doctor until I googled why am I so damn tired? Iron deficiency popped up and I realized I hadn't eaten mostly nothing for this whole time. These pills pop up on Amazon search with thousands of good reviews so I pulled the plug and got them the same day. I FEEL 1000% BETTER this morning, first time taking the pill! I'm in awe how much we take our body for granted, how seriously you need to stay up on the vitamins and eat good food...I can't recommend these enough! Make sure they play nice with other meds if you're taking them but oh my God! Slugginess, gone...hunger, back...happiness, 100%!

This product is great because it is gentle on the stomach. I had stopped taking iron pills for awhile because of the side effects of a sore stomach after ingesting other iron pills. The way I like to take these pills is to put them in my hot cereal in the mourning while I heat it up in the microwave then let it set for about 15 minute. The pill is slightly dissolved for me to swallow the rest with liquid. All in all, I love these pills. My energy has come back.

I purchased this product to help increase my iron levels. I wanted something that doesn’t have a bad taste and doesn’t cause upset stomach or nausea. I started taking one tablet a day and immediately started to feel better within weeks. Within 30 days my iron levels started to increase. I would definitely recommend trying this product if you have trouble with your iron levels.

This stuff is a miracle!!! I’m 47 and perimenopausal and the fatigue I felt was horrible I could not function let alone work and raise a family. The first pill started working immediately I wish I could shout from the rooftops how well these work. I feel like I’ve had an iron deficiency my whole life now!! All the things you see on instagram etc and no one is talking about iron deficiency… I can’t live without these!

I need non constipating iron as I am pregnant and my iron is low. If taste is a factor for you, these aren’t gonna work. Before I was pregnant they were fine, tasted disgusting but did not cause me to be nauseous after I got them down.However now that I am pregnant, the taste is overwhelmingly disgusting and makes me gag when I try to take it. Honestly its like a mouth full of blood. Even if I try to take it with a flavored beverage, the taste of this overpowers the taste of any beverage I have tried.

I have tried every brand of iron/ferrous sulfate, etc. on the planet, and they all cause extreme nausea. I took a chance on Mega Food. To my amazement, I had absolutely no reaction to the iron contained in this tablet. I have anemia, and am thrilled to have found this product!

I have used this product for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with it. This has caused a very dramatic change where my iron is concerned. Unlike some of the other iron supplements this doesn’t have any kind of negative or bad side effects that I can think of. One of the main reasons I really enjoy it is because you can take it without having to eat and it’s something I do every morning because I’m not a breakfast person. I hope that they don’t make any changes to these.
