Last for quite some time if you follow instruction manual - apply on a clean skin only(after a shower and clean skin with alcohol wipes prior the aplication) and store as per manual as well.

They connect securely to the device, and the compact size is great for targeting specific muscle groups with precision.Good Initial Performance:When new, the electrodes deliver consistent, strong stimulation and adhere well to the skin. They’re comfortable during use and provide effective muscle engagement for both recovery and training sessions.Short Lifespan:Unfortunately, the adhesive wears out quickly. Even with proper care—like cleaning the skin before application—the pads only last a few uses before losing their stickiness. This significantly reduces their cost-effectiveness.Requires Additional Products:To extend their life, I had to use electro gel, which helped temporarily but added extra cost and inconvenience.Final Thoughts:The Compex Easy Snap Electrodes are convenient and effective when new, but their limited lifespan and the need for additional products like electro gel are disappointing. They work well if you don’t mind frequent replacements, but for long-term use, I’d prefer more durable options.
