Review: Great service, great cases - The seller was very quick to reply when I requested a specific color, and the cases did arrive in that color as requested which I really appreciate. I received 1 case that is as shown in the picture, with no springs and plastic side tabs that snap into recesses in the plastic top of the case, and 1 case that is spring assisted opening with a tab in the middle which can be opened with 1 hand by applying thumb pressure under the tab to get it to flip open. The springs on the top of these cases are prone to getting bent, and not squeezing the front (press thumb under front of the lid to pop open) can break the tab that holds the lid closed (prying it open). My solution is to not carry it in my pants pocket, I always put this type of case with my phone in my inside jacket pocket, and they last forever. I gave my old one that I had bought locally away to a friend who still has it, so that case is somewhere around 4 years old. Not too bad for such a low investment pricepoint. Fits DIY home rolled cigarettes just fine, or put in a full pack of store bought if you'd like. I am sure I will get alot of mileage out of the spring opening one, but have never tried the other and already prefer the 1 hand opening of the spring box. I also noticed that the spring opening case doesn't work as well for putting the whole box of store bought 100's inside it, because the tab itself impedes the cigarette packs top from opening along with the case top. It's very well suited for DIY home rolled 100's without a pack tho, or you could tear the top of your store bought cigarette pack off and solve the problem. The unassisted opening case is the opposite, not quite as handy for DIY as the spring opening case since it takes 2 hands to open, but it fits a store bought pack of cigarettes perfectly and the top of the store bought pack opens great when the top of the hard case is opened. I will definitely buy again from this seller, and in the future I will be more specific and request 2 tab and spring type boxes since I roll my own with a tobacco injector and store bought tubes. If you just want a hard case to protect your store bought pack of cigarettes, I would be specific and request 2 without springs or tear the top of the pack off so the tab isn't an issue. Review: A Very Nice Cigarette Holder for 99s/100s - I'm very pleased with my purchase of this cigarette holder for 99s/100s cigarettes. The build quality seems very nice to me, it looks as though it will last a while, though time will tell, it fits my cigarettes perfectly and I really, really like the clicking mechanism for opening the box. It's fun to use, just click it and the lid pops open. This is perfect for my needs because recently I had a friend pick me up two cartons of Camel Lights regular sized. And he accidentally purchased the Camel Lights 99s, which are just what you would call the 100s sizes in most cigarettes. I had already plenty of great German cases for my regular sized smokes, but really needed something for these longer ones. I've attached some photos of this holder to my review, with my Zippo thrown in for size reference, in case anyone wanted that. But I think if you smoke 99s or 100s, that this case should fit them perfectly. I do always tear off the lid on my cigarettes packages when putting them in holders like this though. To me it really is just easier that way as opposed to the top lid of the package getting caught in this holder's lid every time I open it. Plus, I think the way you open this holder is so neat. There was a sticker that came on the cigarette case that shows where to press to open it automatically. But, I had already ripped the sticker off when I took these photos. You should have that sticker though. You just press beneath the clasp on the front of the case and the lid pops open mechanically. It's so neat I think. I just hope it holds up under prolonged use. No reason to think it won't right now, but you know how things like that can go bad after a period of use. I'm staying optimistic it will hold up though :). And it seems that this company just sends you whatever color cigarette holder case that they have on hand at the time. Mine was actually a rose gold color even though it looks red in my photos from the light. So, there is a possibility you won't receive that color of the case in the desertcart screenshot I think, it just seems to vary as I said. In the end I'm very satisfied with this cigarette holder. So much so, that I went ahead and purchased a second one of these in case something happens to the first one. I don't know how long this will hold up. But right now I would saying buying this holder case is very good value for the money they are asking.

Good value for the money...
Not bad, a bit disappointed I couldn't choose the color I wanted, and also that the case has a gap in the back to facilitate opening the lid...but overall a good case that serves it's purpose. This case seems to require you to remove the lid before you insert the pack, then snap the lid in place. That may cause the lid to wear out eventually, as it is connected by two very small pins. When you open the lid, the top of the cigarette pack opens with it, as you can see in the picture. Hence the need for a gap that exists in the rear of the pack, between the lid and the box body (which allows the lid to swing open far enough to get cigarettes out of the case). Case is sturdy, provides reasonable protection.

Great Product!
I roll my own cigarettes and I was looking for a case to hold them in. I hated the kind that opens up like a wallet with the little arm that holds them in place as the arm tended to crush the cigarettes and any excess and would come out of the cigarette would fall out every time I opened the case. With this product, however, the excess stays in the case and the cigarettes are protected and never get crushed. I also love that the top is spring-loaded and you have to press the center of the box to trigger the top to open. This feature has been helpful in two ways. The first being that if I turn the case upside down, the top doesn't fly open and have the excess get everywhere. The second reason is because most people looking to steal a cigarette can't figure out how to open the box! LOL! I no longer feel like I have to guard my cigarettes at a bar! I can leave them on the counter knowing that no one can open the box!! I've also received many compliments on it. I ended up getting a beautiful silver color that has a nice shine to it. I didn't expect it to look as good as it did from the picture. A pleasant surprise! The case is also extremely durable and I know it will last a long time. Would definitely recommend!!

Nothing is worse them working hard all day in a field like ...
Nothing is worse them working hard all day in a field like construction, then going to smoke a cigarette and they're mangled and broken. It is both expensive and very irritating. So I bought three of these, they're cheap and even if they hold up for a week in the extreme condition I put it through they have held up. A little bit of the plastic ribbed off but its still very functional. 100s fit perfect and it even lifts the top off when you open. Wish they made a metal one, it'd buy three.

Great item!
Nice box. Pack fits right in. Open the box for a smoke and the lid grabs the top of the cardboard to open it up and close like it was made specifically for it. Packed well and shipped fast. I use it to put a pack of cigarettes that's an extras pack for having company over to entertain and if they want a smoke I keep it in the freezer to stay fresh. It's the best protective box I've ever bought. I roll my own cigarettes with flavored papers, bugler tobacco and a menthol filter. I really enjoy my rolls, take my time making them and don't share them. I've been smoking for over 30yrs and wish I found all the natural cigarette paraphernalia years ago. Now, I can't smoke a machine made cigarette but, my rolls, I can smoke 3 or 4 in a row and not feel like I had a smoke. They are a real treat. If I let people try my special cigs then they won't smoke the Newports in the protective box and I would have no use for it so, I'll keep people away from my personal stash so, I can keep using the box...lol!!!

Not durable enough. Broke after Two weeks.
We purchased this item at a discounted price and we received it quicker then we had expected. We were not very impressed with the quality and build. This box fell apart two weeks after it was received. The lid is only connected to the rest of it by a very thing plastic layer. This is obviously not meant to be in pockets, or anywhere that it might be in a tight or squeezed spot. I was disappointed that even though it states that you can put a 100 box in there, it forgot to mention that once you do, this box will not close properly. So we used it with just taking out the cigarettes and putting them in alone. This sort of resulted in somewhat of a mess in the box as would normally happen in the store bought package. The color was a little off, but that was not a big deal as we understand this can happen with pictures online. While we were using it, it did not squish or break our cigarettes which was greatly appreciated. We could have glued it I am sure to make this last longer, but we decided to just pitch it and go with a different product of metal materials. I wish I would have taken the previous reviews a little more seriously before making this purchase as I do not feel it was worth my money. I would not buy this again as we have found a newer metal one that is much more durable and simple to use.

Great little 'saver'
I bought four of these and four King size packs, same brand and seller. We live in NY, and due to the outrageous taxes, find much more economic to machine roll (Tops - the original, great little machine b/t/w), our cigarettes. This product fits the bill for all our packaging needs. Hold 20 cigarettes, top stays attached to the bottom (flip top design), crush proof, great moisture and spill protection (unlike tradition/commercial cardboard boxes!!), drop proof (the top does come off it is dropped from high enough and on a hard surface...but easily snaps back into place), easy to pack, easy to open (but does 'click' shut so it does NOT open on its own), all in all well worth the money! You will save the cost over time with the elimination of wasted and crushed/bend cigarettes, and if your are anything like me - a little clumsy - wet ones too. Even if you DON'T roll your own and can still afford commercial cigarettes - this is a much have. I roll enough cigarettes for the week, and store them in these cases, put into a ziploc freezer bag, and also have no problems with 'stale' cigarettes. They are fresh right down to the last smoke out of the last case. I spend less time rolling as well, making them in bulk saves being a 'slave to the machine'!
