That is all I really need to say about this product!I purchased this product after extensive research in the more “Pure” methylated b complex and of course found PURE!For those of you who don’t know, you can take B12 gummies or supplements but nothing will ACTUALLY WORK like methylated b complex!These have truly been a game changer for me! I was always feeling sluggish, unmotivated, had crappy digestion and brain fog. I can say due to this product those things barely even exist in my life!I also didn’t even realize how great of a detoxification product this is! During a heavy week of drinking, I take 1 each morning and WOW. Rare to have hangovers!TMI: I can tell if I need to ease up on it, if my urine is neon yellow but when I am deficient in vitamin B or after a weekend of drinking, urine is normal to clear because it is actually being absorbed!

Very strong dosage but effective .. you could half the dosage if necessary . I think this is one of the better B complex vitamins ive taken . Its quality and works for every single person ive given to try out . Makes you use the restroom more also which is expected .

This is a true product/supplement. It has helped me maintain my thryoid levels without a Rx. This along with iodine, better stress management, and other health changes have allowed me to successfully not take prescription medication. The Methylated B Complex supplement you guys create IS INSTRUMENTAL in this success. I can tell it is a natural supplement by the oxidation that occurs when a pill is left out.
