Supplements.
I am not sure these really worked at all for me. There were many claims from other people that these supplements helped them a lot but personally I did not see any difference in my body. For this reason I will give it a 1.

Know the side effects.
I didn't see any warning about the negatives of taking Saffron when you have been diagnosed as BiPolar. After taking Saffron for a few weeks I started working my way to a manic episode. Luckily my wife caught it in time. Should have had warnings , but I was lucky this time

Don't waste your money.
Never before had I seen saffron extract that's off-white -- which explains why there's NO POTENCY!
