The Best Brace I Have Ever Used.
I have waited for a several months to report on this product. At this point, I can definitely say It is great. It is thin and light weight, yet very completely supporting without binding my knee cap. They allow for full range of motion while biking, elliptical, squats, stretching and running. I started with one and after a couple months, I bought a second one for the other knee because I liked the first one so much. I workout and race in them. I am 170 lbs, with thin legs and the Medium is perfect. Anything larger would feel loose and smaller might be too thigh. During my normal workout, I wear them like Calf sleeves. At the first sign of knee issues, I stop and pull them into position. Some workouts are easy on the knees and they stay down, sometimes my knees feel sore and I start with them up. I always wear them when running or on the elliptical. But one way or the other, they are always on my legs at the ready when I'm doing physical things. As for results, you never know what helped…BUT when I bought the first one, I could not step off a curb without knee pain. Too much training over the previous year, too many intervals, down-hill sprints and a few other things my old body was not ready for. So a bit of rest. A little DMSO. Plus a strength training program. Along with using these for every run and some workouts, my knees are in great shape after 3 or 4 months! I have a touch of arthritis that is not going to be fixed, but the sore ligament and connective tissue pains are gone! I am very sure these were part of the solution. I know that the manual says to wear them for hours…but I take them off about an hour after my workouts / runs. Also, I'm not sure what the manual says, but I machine wash these. Most times I grab them out before the drier, but they have occasionally been machine dried too. The white lettering on the first one is starting to washing off. But they remain in shape and as tight as the day I got them. These are definitely a Major step up from the 2000-vintage neoprene rubber braces. The Best Brace I have ever used.

My jogging days were pretty much doomed
I seriously had my doubts regarding these copper sleeves considering I've tried everything in the book dealing with two knee surgeries and a lot of arthritis set in behind all the physical therapy. My jogging days were pretty much doomed. So I decided not to let negative comments decide for me on trying out these sleeves and buy am I glad I didn't listen. I was going to go with the most popular brand but I saw massive complaints about the product which scared the crap out of my wallet..lol So I ordered these babies and couldn't wait to get them to see what all the big fuss was about on how great they work. Used Prime and they came the very next day early. Talk about being excited. I immediately opened my package and put them on. I had no problem getting them on, a perfect fit. So now what? Well I kept them on for the entire day and I couldn't believe it. My pain didn't stop right away but started relieving after 10 or 15 minutes after putting them on. These bad boys went the entire day with great compression and pain relief. I would give 10 stars if I could but I guess 5 will have to do. I love their measurement chart, had no problem sizing and getting the perfect fit. Will definitely recommend this product and brand name to family and friends. Will also keep updated on wear and tear. My advise, don't wash in machines. It's very simple and east to wash by hand and hang dry. washers seem to break these types of materials down over time warping or tears from heat and snags. I can only hope this company doesn't sell out like so many only to have the product line reduced to garbage and not worth buying. So far you have a happy customer on your hands and I bout two elbow sleeves I'm testing out today. Thank you Copper Compression and Prime for the great product and service.

Could be great for others, but not for me!
I own three pairs of the Copper Compression brand gloves (for home, for work, and in the car). They were incredibly helpful for mitigating tendonitis in my hands. In fact, I'm wearing them as I type this review! About a month ago, I had an unexplained, intermittent pain in one of my knees. Knowing the success I had with the gloves, I immediately looked for a knee sleeve. One concern I had was with the sleeve staying in place, as I have fairly thick thighs and calves. I was pleased to see they had considered this in their design, so I happily ordered a knee sleeve for the next time it fired up. Next time I had pain, I put on the sleeve, and it immediately provided relief. I decided to continue wearing it, since the pain would pop up regularly throughout the day. With the sleeve on, I never once had the pain return. Better yet, it stayed firmly in place thanks to the grip. The sleeve was comfortable, breathable - everything the gloves were and everything I had hoped it would be! However, after a few hours of wearing it, I suddenly felt a strong burning sensation on my thigh at the top of the compression sleeve. I immediately peeled it back to reveal a perfect imprint of the wavy grip line across my thigh. Important to note - I've not had a history of reactions or skin allergies. I've worn a watch nearly all my life, along with various fitness bands, monitors, or ornamental bands (such as the popular Livestrong fad bracelets). A few days later, when the pain returned, I attempted to use the sleeve by rolling back the grip section. As expected, it did not hold with the flexing of my knee and slid down several times, rendering it useless. It took a full two weeks for the burn mark to disappear completely. The attached photo was taken 10 days after the incident and really doesn't accurately represent how prominent it still was in real life at that time! I've since requested a refund for this product since I cannot use it. \ I would still say this is worth a shot - especially if you do not have a history of reactions on your skin. It was a great product... just not one my body agreed with! As previously mentioned, I've used their gloves 5-6 times a week for roughly 9 hours a day over the course of a year with zero issue. If you do have skin sensitivity or have a reaction to this like I did and are looking for an alternative, I went with the Copper Fit Ice Menthol Infused Knee Sleeve (available at Walgreens), and it has been a godsend. I was initially hesitant, as they had a similar looking grip inside theirs, but it has not caused the same issue on my leg, even after wearing it for three times as long! They seem to use a different material, although I could not find information on what either were.
