Strong chemical smell on refurbished Jabra
I bought these refurbished from Amazon and have owned several brand new over time. Earbuds seem to be working fine, but these have a very strong chemical smell somewhere between gasoline and a pesticide, and gave me a slight burning sensation in my ears after use. Just handling them leaves this smell in your fingers as welllike I just filled a gas can. None of my previous Jabras had this issue so I don’t know if it’s an Amazon or a Jabra issue tied to the refurbish. It’s a good product so I’ll keep wiping them and see if it goes away over time. I love this brand so I hope this issue goes away.

Batteries don’t hold charge (updated)
Update: They replaced the original item within 3 days of me requesting an exchange. The new earbuds are great. Great battery life. They made it right 😊Original review: Batteries in a warm gym died before I got my full workout in. Went for a run outside in the cold and they died in 47 minutes. I need to return them. I bought these to replace a set that I had purchased in 2021, which didn’t die on me once. My expectations weren’t for them to be as good as new, but I expected them to be at least as good as my 4 year old set.

Speakers blown and battery last less than an hour. Doesn’t fully charge 100%
Horrible. Love the brand and product, but this ain’t it. Can’t expect much for this price though. Jabra had the best headphone o. The market in my opinion. Please bring em back to production.

Test Your Refurbished Battery
This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Jabras. Buy them refurbished only if you won't require the same battery life that is advertised when new. These came looking brand new! They were gorgeous! However, I learned that when I used them to teach a 1-hour online course, they's often run out of juice before my class was over.I never have battery problems with my older pair, which I bought NEW a year earlier. The older pair offers fantastic battery life, so I let the older ones remain my workhorse and use these refurbished ones "around the edges."Should you buy this brand? ABSOLUTELY!! I would buy them, again. HOWEVER, if you buy them REFURBISHED immediately test out the battery life so you know what you're working with during the return period. They are good quality earbuds, but test your refurbished battery right away.

Easy to use, decent sound, secure fit, good for conference calls, good controls.
I have had a couple of cheapo pairs of true wireless earbuds, mostly because I am worried that they're so easy to lose. These renewed came in at a competitive price point for a better brand name, and I wanted to use something with better on-ear controls. These are great. For running, they provide a nice, secure, low-profile and in-ear fit. They don't loosen up or start to fall out, even with sweat. (These are IPX5 rated, IIRC, so sweat's not a problem). The do sometimes get noisy with a run cadence, which I think is just the eargel making a pocka-pocka-pocka noise. I haven't had a pair of earbuds that haven't done that every one in a while. The sound is fine. Not a ton of bass but well balanced and super clear, There's a cool companion app, but it only has a 5 bands on the EQ.The microphones are good for conference calls. I've had complaints trying to use my other true wireless earbuds, but not these. But that's Jabra's bread and butter so it's to be expected they'd execute that feature well.I like that I have two buttons on the left bud for controlling volume and tracks. And the right button works great for play/pause.Two things I hadn't appreciated when I bought them that I've come to really like:(1) The ambient noise pass-through option. Rather than pulling an earbud out or using only one, you can double-click the right but to toggle a hear-through mode. It's great for when you need to hear things outside of your ear seal.(2) Having multiple devices connected. These can simultaneously connect to both my phone AND my running watch's BT outputs. Finally, my only quibble is the case. The lid is plasticky and snaps shut (no magnet), and is hard to open. You kind of have to squeeze the sides. It's difficult enough that I've dropped the buds a couple of times opening it too violently, because they're not held in by a magnet, either. Alsok it's micro-USB, not USB-C, but it still charges fast enough. At the $45 price point for the refurbished item, you can't go wrong. These are a couple of years out of date and the tech is moving rapidly, so you miss out on the modern stuff like capacity, IPX7, and USB-C fast charge. But these were a premium offering 2 years ago, and they still provide that benefit. Well worth the value proposition.

Jabra 65T Earbuds
Purchased these Jabra Elite Active 65t Alexa Enabled True Wireless Sports Earbuds with Charging Case – Copper Blue (Renewed) for great price. The sound was good, clear and easy to pair up. Download the Jabra Sound app to make the pairing a better experience and allow the selection to the equalizer. It is disappointing that I couldn’t update to the latest version because it kept giving low battery charge on the left earbud even after charging them for eight hours. It kept showing R. earbud 100% and L. earbud less then 50%. The Jabra would have worked out great for my use, but the battery charging on the left earbud gave no choice but to return them.
