I tried these for the first time and really enjoy them. The low net carbs are a winner, but typically keto bars taste like sandpaper. These are really good. They also fill you up which is a plus. Highly recommend. My favorite is the PB&J

Love the flavor, very low carb, a bit pricey for the number of bars you get (8).But for me, half a bar with coffee in the morning keeps me going for 3-4 hours without getting hungry again. Have ordered multiple times.

Stoka bars are very tasty though a bit pricey for my budget. This particular flavor went on sale a few months ago so I purchased them. Though I'm not a pumpkin spice enthusiast I did enjoy them; they were quite good. A little more crumbly than most other bars, but that's not too bad. Now they're out of stock so I don't know when I'll buy Stoka bars again; I guess next time there is a sale.

Holy Guacamole this is good! Been doing strict keto for 3 months now, and was looking for a different bar to take on the go than my usual. Read good reviews and a couple bloggers like this brand so I decided to give it a try.....went with pumpkin spice because its that time of year lol.....so delicious! Highly recommended! New favorite bar and i've tried dozens.

Read all the reviews saying bar is smaller and different texture. Went ahead and order birthday cake and vanilla. Why change a good thing these bars are only good at drying out your mouth with sand pressed texture and the only crunch is a couple of almonds. Birthday cake taste like a strong chemical cake flavor. Done with this product till it’s changed.

I have enjoyed all of the Stoka bar that I have tried I especially like this pumpkin spice very good flavor very good texture and fits in the keto lifestyle I eat. I am looking forward to getting more of the flavors

Out of all the Stoka bars, these are about the middle of the pack. They taste a little overdone to me...….kindof borderline burnt favor. I know some people like that so they'd be right up your alley but not for me. Overall, LOVE the Stoka bars! Best 'natural' bar out there and very reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients.

Delicious pumpkin spice-y flavor in a granola-consistency bar!MUCH prefer the "pumpkin cookie" taste of this bar to the more "gummy" consistency of the Pumpkin Pie Quest bars (which you can't get right now anyway!).Great product for the carb-conscious pumpkin lover!
