Great label printer
Arrived before the scheduled date :-) awesome. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend this product. The last label printer (same printer 420d) lasted 16 yrs.

Piece of junk
Printer doesn't work. Stay away from it especially if you are going to use if for Postal mate.

This model has been discontinued
This printer model has been discontinued and there is very little support for it. I have not been able to get ups or usps labels to print on it at all. I had the same style years ago that I got through UPS and I could print about anything on it. This one is just the opposite, I can't print anything. Third party support is difficult so far.

Piece of junk
I spent hours trying to get this piece of junk to work. At first it would continuously print blank labels. After uninstalling and reinstalling drivers multiple times I eventually got it to print one label, but it would only print random characters. Waste of time and many labels and never got it to work. Returning this headache!

Didn’t work properly
Printer printed fine. Did not stop at correct point on paper feed. Keeps kicking out tickets till it decides it wants to stop.
