Hello, dear! Snapper holes larger than 5mm / 0.196" are suitable for TSA customs locks.

Q: I didn’t get the user manual could you please explain to me how I reset my own code?

You have to set it to zero and then click the little button with a paper clip or something small. Once it clicks down, then set your code and press the unlock button.

Q: If it is locked on the luggage, can one still unscrew it, reset it and remove it to break in the luggage?

This is as good as any luggage that comes with a built-in locks and anyone could just cut the zipper tab or use a pen to open it. I love it and so far I haven’t had any issues with it.

Q: What is the difference between a and b types?

A is a different type of metal and or plastic than b
