Awesome Buy!
I saved $300!! It was so so easy to replace… removed my old one and plugging in the new one (which the old one & new one had same model number). Works perfectly!!! Best money spend!!!

Failed passenger side
Once I installed the new master switch, my front passenger switch failed and will not operate the window on the right front door, or was just a major coincidence. I will order a new passenger switch and see what happens

It doesn't work as expected
I bought this item in November (Didn't realize I JUST missed the return window Jan 31st) and I didn't realize THIS PRODUCT was a problem until I problem solved it today. After I bought this and installed it I tossed my old one away (button had broken and likely useless). I tested all the buttons and it appeared to work perfectly. Weeks later when driving with my wife, she was unable to roll her window down in the front passenger seat. My children are able to roll the back windows down without issues. So I thought maybe her's went out. Before replacing her switch, I unplugged this one and her's works flawlessly again. So there's something buggy with this product that makes it so the front passenger window doesn't roll down from the switch on that door. It will work from the master/driver switch. Back to replacing this stupid thing again. It would be nice if the seller would reimburse for a faulty product.

Looks just like the original and very easy to install!
My front two windows would not work in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took a chance and ordered this replacement and am pleased. It has only been a few months but it’s still working as it did on the day that I installed it. I was able to install it myself with the help of YouTube. It’s that simple!!
