JQUEEN 4 Automatic Watch Winder with 6 Storage Case (Mandshurica)

Product is very nice and works well. Charger adapter was not in the box as received but great follow up by JQueen to get it to me practically over night. Motors are quiet and thus far reliable.

Great looking watch winder. Watch towers so tall my larger watches rubbed on the glass scratching it. Plus my watches do not wind!!!! When I use them I must reset the date and time each time! Plus my watches fit loose so they flop about. I have two of these, with my wife’s watches they also do not wind the watches.

Quality is nice and operates smoothly and quietly.

The problem I had was that none of the user settings with their mandatory 12 hour off times, had frequent enough periods of rotation to keep my watches wound. I ran the unit power through a cheap mechanical lamp timer to create more frequent on-off cycles (making sure the power ON times were at least an hour long). That forced the unit to restart it's cycles around the clock. The user may need to experiment with the timing based on his own watches, but for me, seven short off-time events spaced fairly evenly around the 24 hour day works fine.

The winder looks like a master furniture maker built it. The mechanism is as advertised (noise free) and has kept my mechanical watches wound and on time. Love that.Perhaps the best thing is I had a problem while moving the winder and must have done something wrong in transport. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me new motors (we thot that would solve the problem). I installed them quite easily using their You Tube video but still had problems. The company stayed with me and offered a brand new unit which was shipped incredibly fast. Am I a happy camper. YOU BET!! I have never had such great service and support. These folks are the best.

This is a wonderful little piece of furniture. The finish is as expected, it’s quiet, and it looks wonderful while it’s doing what it does: spin my automatic watches. The directions are easy to understand, and it has plenty of room for just about my entire collection. Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. Makes noise; endless clickety clicks. One of the rotors no longer functions. Thanks China—but really it is my fault. Time for the trash bin.

Overall, the unit seemed fine and well crafted, however it seems that the protective plastic film on the viewing window had partially melted or reacted and the window is ruined. Not going to keep it. Quality control, guys.
