Clips and fits nicely. Highly reflective. I wear this when I go running at night and the strap doesn't move around much at all. I keep a front light on the it too and it holds up well.

I run before sunrise & had been wearing a high visibility shirt like the ones you’d see on a construction site so cars could see me but wanted something cooler now that it’s warmer out. This is super handy. Adjustable and easy to put on. I also put one in my backpack when cycling to/from work to maximize my visibility. Adjusted to fit snug around it and made sure it was inside the backpack straps so it won’t fall off. I’m wearing it so can’t really tell how bright it is but based on the reflection I notice with it being in the house image it really pops when car lights hit it in the dark or low light.

I was concerned when my wife was going on late walks/jogs and so I got her this. A vest might be better but the whole looking like a doofus/construction worker (two different looks, don’t get me wrong!) would be hard to convince her, this is simple and works remarkably well. It’s easy just to put it on and go. We also have put it around a stroller when we go out with our daughter. Can’t do that with a vest.
