Came with all needed parts including a new o ring and lock ring. Came with o rings already on fuel and return lines. Fit and installed perfectly.

Bought this for a 1997 Chev K1500 with a 5.7L (350 cid). Short box, 4wd. Previous owners had already cut a hole in the bed so it was reasonably easy for me to put this in. Works great, plenty of fuel now, fit exactly. You really should order a new locking ring with this, I did beat my old one up pretty bad by the time I got all that gravel & trash out of the well it sits in.
