I really like p3om, its the first probiotic i actually have noticed any effects! Most of the time i make coconut yoghurt with it: 3dl coconut water and 3dl coconut butter (coconut manna), mix together and add 1capsule of p3om. Ferment in room temperature or a bit warmer (max 40-45c) until its sour, similar to yoghurt. I take it a couple of times a day few spoonfuls. It seems to help with all digestive issues. (and the yoghurt is incredibly delicious too :D ) I havent used the masszymes yet consistently, so i havent really decided what i think of those :)

Definitely helped to improve my gut health. I noticed a difference on the second day. This is now part of my daily routine.

Always like taking masszymes And P3-OM together as I find it help with my bloating and overall digestive tract. Does take a while to start working, but once it does it’s great. I find I have more energy and feel less tired. Thanks for this combo will definitely be ordering again.

I struggled with persistent digestive distress because of my IBS so thought would give it a go, and I'm so glad I did. It's been a few months since I started taking these products, and I find that my symptoms are milder than ever before.

When I take the enzymes before a big meal I really notice the difference. It allows me to eat a much larger meal and still feel energetic afterwards as opposed to lethargic. Too early for the P3-OM to notice anything I think.

Excellent product! These enzymes do what they promise to do! I have trouble digesting meats, so I usually avoid eating them. I took 4 of these enzymes and 2 of these probiotics and ate turkey, chicken, and pork chops with no gastric issues at all! I am a customer for life! If you have trouble digesting meat, then this is the product that will solve it for you!

So, I have taken a lot of supplements in my day. But I would say that most have helped but I can’t say that I have found them to make a difference in how I feel about my day. But with these two products, I can definitively say I FEEL the difference. If you have issues with bloating at all this will clear that up in no time. Truly love these product and would recommend them to anyone who has bloating/energy issues.

I personally know the founder of this company and what he stands for. I completely trust him because I know he would never put anything in his body that was not healthy nor would he promote it. I have taken one bottle of the Digestive Enzymes and was totally pleased with the way that I felt after meals. No bloating or Acid Reflux. I felt like I was getting the full value from the food I was eating.

This is a great product, however I wanted to order the 250 count Massenzymes and 120 count P3-OM.

I ordered these enzymes and probiotics a few months ago. Upon receipt I noticed the probiotics we're expired. I reported the problem and asked for new, unexpired probiotics to be sent. I immediately received a new order, however, the same product was expired. I returned the probiotics but never received replacement probiotics that were not expired. Deeply disappointed. BiOptimizers, please refund my money or even better, please send me new, unexpired, probiotics.
