I purchased the 12.6x 4x 9.4 case. The item came packaged very well as can be seen in the photos. I didn't give this product five stars because I feel like the price point for this is a bit expensive, I think $25 would be a fair price point for what it is - just plastic panels. I was a bit worried about the panels being too thin because I noticed how flexible they were when I was inspecting them, but once it is put together the exterior structure was pretty solid. However, the middle panels can flex. This would limit the amount of weight I can put on the middle panels. One improvement I would suggest is to lower the tolerance where the panels mate to allow a more secure connection. You can see in one of the photos that the top panel is loose and it takes little effort to lift it up. You would have to be careful when you lift the entire case up as the bottom panel may come off as well. I might consider using Tamiya extra-thin cement glue on all the panels to make sure they don't come loose. Overall, this product is a good one. Just a bit pricey.

On time delivery, all pieces fit, plastic is clear with no scratches or hazing. However, the weight of the plastic is much lighter than I'd hoped. The pieces (sides, back, top, bottom) have tabs that fit into slits, but not tightly. Once I had one section assembled it would come apart while trying to fit the next part together. Just a little frustrating, but once I had all but the door loosely together I put a very thin line of super glue along the back and sides of all the shelves, including the bottom, let it sit overnight, and it is holding together nicely now. The door hinges are sturdy, but detract just a bit from the look. This is not a case you want to be opening and closing a lot. Assemble it, fill it, set it on a shelf and forget it. My husband collects classic cars and has models of each. I bought this in which to display those models, and it works for that. And although it seems a bit pricey for the quality, I've ordered a second one for additional models, and will use the two cases until I can afford more expensive, sturdier ones.

After careful reviewed other customers' reviews, i decided to purchase this display case to house my sons' pinewood derby cars. I was excited when the package arrived today, I was utterly disappointed by the quality and sturdiness after nearly one hour of peeling off the protective films and carefully piecing panels together. Each panel joins adjacent panels with "tongue and groove connectors", but there are not structural strength to keep these joining panels in place. Each of the two interior shelves is connected to three sides only and can't carry any weight of pinewood derby cars.After several failed attempts to keep the displace case stable, I realized that it can't be returned since I already peeled off the protective films. Think twice before you toss $40 out of windows like me. Totally not worth it!!!

I've never written a product review in my life, but I felt that this product was so bad that I needed to let others know not to buy it. It is not sturdy at all and after an hour of peeling the productive film, I assembled it and it fell apart like a house of cards. The construction is not well done as the pieces are supposed to fit into the tongue and grove connection but they are not enough to hold it together. My husband even tried crazy glue to make it more secure, but we woudn't trust it with the collection we were going to display in it.

I do NOT recommend this case at all!!!! It is constantly falling apart, and the door doesn't close. I would send it back for a refund, but there is a warning in the package that states not to remove the protective plastic from the panels if you plan on returning it.HORRIBLE, GARGANTUAN MISTAKE buying this product! You have been warned!

I've bought 2 of these already to display small figures and hot wheels. Only downfall is once they are assembled they seem to require a little glue on the seams if you want to open and close them frequently, otherwise it falls apart when you open it. Easy to assemble, eaxh puexe comes with a layer of peel-off film to prevent shipping damage, plastic is very clear, overall good product for displaying collectibles! Also a fairly low price option!

This was HELL to put together. I may get anothwr one cause if you can tell by the photos i am a collector. But for the price i am hesitant. It comes in pieces and i have to say i used a little clear glue to help sturdy it. But the wrong touch it may tip over.

Do not buy this product!To start, the instructions were useless. Luckily it wasn't hard to figure out how to put it together. However, there is no adhesive provided to keep it together. The instructions make it sound like it "snaps" into place. That's not true. There are grooves where pieces connect, but once you get it together you can't move it without it falling apart let alone put anything to display inside of it.Worthless.

The product can barely hold together without glue and falls appart almost everytime you open the door.It’s flimsy as f@&$*So don’t do like i did and don’t use super glue to make it sturdy. This item does not snap together or easily stay together. I had to use crazy glue to make it more sturdy because it did not snap together or stay together when moved. The inner shelves are floppy which were a concern when placing my crystals.

Hard to put the pieces together. Pieces Fall apart all the time. Shelf is not even stable to hold small items. Such a waste of time to make the structure together.
