This product far exceeded my expectations. I have had the product for 18 days.Four months ago, I tripped and caught myself with my hands, most of my weight wason my left hand. Unfortunately, as a 44 year old male, my fingers did not heal asquickly as I thouht they should. I was preparing to make an appt with an ortho Doctor,but, I thought I would give this product a try. My fingers were constantly in pain. I amsomeone who works out 3-4x each week. I can run 5 mi without stopping. I was shockedthat I was in this pain just from catching myself from a fall.1) My hand started improving within 72 hours--I'm not kidding.2) My fingers were noticeably stronger in 1 full week.3) The constant pain in my fingers have completely left--I thought I was enroute to surgeryOn a scale of 1 to 10, I was a 3 when I began using this device 18 days ago.Today, I am a solid 8. I am extremely pleased with this turnaround in only 18 days. Initially, Iused the product on a daily basis. Now, I want to really get my strength back and "go hard"every other day. High quality items for sure. It gets the job done, and they're very comfortable to hold. The resistance varies quite a bit, so I bought several models. These things are pretty expensive, but they're of high quality. I don't see myself having to replace these anytime soon. They seem to be built to last. I don't regret buying these despite the high cost.

Prohands offers two types of hand exercisers. I have bought both types. The smaller "grip master" fits my medium hands very well. But because it is small, my hands hurt after long usage. Prohands website shows many different ways to use it. I only use one type of exercise. Just a basic hand squeeze. The larger "PRO" type completely fills my hands. The size is on the borderline of being too big for my medium size hands. The larger size is wider and therefore does not hurt my hands. Both sizes fit into a shirt or pants pocket. Any exerciser you truly use will show results. Because of its size, convenience of keeping it with you, the ability to use it anywhere, and the fact that it dose not hurt when using it, you will truly use this hand exerciser and you will get results. I am 69 years old and my forearms are rock hard. I bought the "extra heavy tension" because the "heavy tension" is no longer challenging for me any more. This is my forth Prohands exerciser. Two are the smaller gripmaster (one "medium tension", one "heavy tension") and two are the larger PRO (one "heavy tension", one "extra heavy tension"). Only the smaller "heavy duty" grip master wore out before I was ready to increase the strength. I also have the basic "A" shaped squeeze hand grip. It is not covenant to carry with me therefore, I use it sparingly at home. I do prefer the pro hands. If you are asking "Why a 69 year old is doing hand exercises?" Both hands were injured in ant auto accident by an air bag.

I bought two sets that included 4 PROHANDS Pro exercisers. The pinky button on one of the medium exercisers was sticking and not fully depressing. I contacted the vendor who responded immediately confirming they would send a replacement. Not only did I get a replacement but it came along with a personalized, hand-written note! Incredible customer service! They stand behind their product and care about customer relationships!BTW, the exercisers are exactly what I am looking for. They fit comfortably in my hand and the rubber padding definitely be other products that are just hard plastic. Definitely would recommend these.

Vraiment parfait ,cependant étant clarinettiste, je n’arrive toujours pas à faire sortir le moindre son de ce nouvel instrument .J’appuie pourtant bien fort sur les touches et souffle du mieux que je peux mais aucun son ne sort !!Quelqu’un aurait-il une explication ??!!😉😉🙏

I am learning the guitar and my teacher advised that we do some finger strengthening exercises. The gripmaster comes in multiple tensions so it was a real guess to decide which one to get. I guessed right with the Prohands medium tension. It is has real good resistance and was difficult at first especially for a woman. My fingers are strong and this has a beneficial effect on my guitar practice.

La verdad que la gente que dice que quiere ejercitar la mano, tipo ponerse fuerte la mano no sé si piensa bien o algo. Me rompí la muñeca y este producto sirve para reanimar los músculos que se han quedado paralizado todo ese tiempo. Es para reducir la probabilidad de artritis muscular. El producto es 10/10. Plástico resistente y muelles fluidos, se me ha caído al suelo más de 1000 veces y no Le ha pasado nada. Recomiendo este nivel de fuerza si antes de cualquier lesión tenías una fuerza media-fuerte. Si partidas nueves con las manos te recomiendo el negro que tiene una resistencia mayor (recuerda que tienes que ir poco a poco ganando fuerza, así que este para empezar no está mal)

Antes usaba uno más común que no era para los dedos, solo la muñeca y este es genial, fortaleze muñeca y dedos y los hay de varios niveles.es una herrmamienta muy útil.
