Titan 51950 EXO BURR External Deburrer and Chamfering Tool for 5/16 to 7/8-Inch (8-22mm) Threads

So at work we're making thousands of 4 and a half inch pieces of half inch all thread and I figured this might help if it works. So far I've done around 250, both sides, with this tool and it's still going strong. Both strut nuts and hex nuts are threading on easily. I suggest going at medium speed with medium pressure in a drill, not an impact driver.

I only used it for a couple times. I absolutely love it. Saved me a lot of headache and time of waiting for the specialty bolt. Work like a charm and was back together in 5 minutes.

Go slow, it’s easy to dull it.

Worked awesome for fixing some hub studs that I needed to trim down. Before using the tool the studs cut my finger and looked awful. Afterwards they were perfect and it couldn’t have been easier. Just follow the directions

I’ve only had to use it once on two all thread studs I made. The nuts went right on with noProblem. It quick connect with save a lot of time.

I work as a heavy equipment mechanic and this thing saved me from having to redo a very expensive component. I ran this thing over some damaged threads and then put the bolt back on without any problems.

Tried this on some 1/2” all thread that I cut and it didn’t work out very well. Chipped one of the edges maybe I got a bad one? I was skeptical it wouldn’t work before buying it though. May work excellent in other applications just didn’t for mine

Used to remove the metal burr on the outside of 3/4” mild steel pipe caused by cutting the pipe with a band saw .
