Very sturdy and attractive goose, shoddy paint job. But I recommend it anyway.
I love the goose. My cat hates it. Apparently he’s afraid of large birds, both plastic ones, and random birds on the television set. It’s a nice thick plastic, very sturdy, high-quality. It has an iffy paint job, and I can see that I will probably need to repaint after a few months. I think the price of approximately $40 was a little bit high for a shoddy paint job. It has a nice weight, and will be heavier when I insert sand. It is a very attractive goose, and will be fun to use in my outdoor decor. I do wish there was a way to secure it to something, as I live in an area where porch pirates are rampant. I would be extremely sad if someone stole my goose while it’s on display for all to enjoy. I may have to alter it in someway to be able to attach some kind of cord or chain to it, sadly. That’s California for you.

Everyone Should Have A Porch Goose!
How cute is cute? Look at this little gal... She has a wardrobe for all of the holidays and in between. Our delivery people get a kick out of her (when the weather is warmer) on my front stoop. These geese are well made and certainly a good value for the money. I purchased some sand to add for weight (there's a plug in the bottom? There is another small hole that I filled right under her tail so the sand wouldn't come out. No clue why it was there but very easy to plug. Shes about 23" tall. Her name is GiGi and in the photo shes wearing her Christmas dress also purchased on Amazon...

So Darn Cute!
My daughter bought me one fur Christmas. I’m obsessed! I got her one for her birthday. She’s obsessed, too! Very well-made and a perfect size. Not heavy, at all. A couple of the outfits we bought for them are a bit big on them. Needless to say, we’re both sold on them! Such a cute addition to any front porch!

Perfect for a "Porch Goose".
Adorable! My daughter-in-law wanted this for Christmas. She has named it, put sand in it for stability, bought outfits for it and dresses it up to sit on her front porch.

Tall and stable goose. What a looker too! Just ordered and received a 2nd goose👏👏
OMG, what a gorgeous duck! Exceptional packaging by the seller. Exquisite quality, stable and tall. I will fill mine with enough pea gravel to give it stability and of course, because they are hard to come by, my name and contact info will be added to my goose in case it “flies away” or somebody “helps” it from my porch. If interested and you come across a goose pattern, snag it as they are pricey and sell out fast. Have another goose on order and my two will be named after the 2 golden retrievers that crossed waaay too early over the rainbow bridge. Update 1/28/26. Had another goose sent my way and excellent quality, shipped with care, excellent packaging and now have 2 gooses! I’m keeping one goose for me and surprising my sister for her April birthday with the other goose. Thank you!

Tad pricey but a decent choice
For a plastic one, it’s cute! I do feel like the price is a bit much for a plastic goose but it is well made (like the paint and all on it hasn’t rubbed off or anything). It’s a good size too.

Cute but not heavy.
Not very heavy, will need to fill with sand.

Exactly as described. I had heard so many stories about people ordering geese online and being sent tiny geese instead of the full-sized geese advertised, so I was super excited when my goose arrived. It is the advertised size (23 inches) and brand (Gaggleville). I could not be happier!

Not sure why it was so expensive, but it does look nice. We drilled the bottom out of ours, and installed a light...so it lights up....looks great :-)

I have never been so happy to receive a package. Love my new porch goose! As advertised, hole on the bottom to fill with weighted substance of choice (we chose a lot of sand, very strong winds 'round here!). Hole right under the tail feathers, ended plugged it up with some paper towel to prevent sand spillage. Is it severely overpriced for a plastic goose? Absolutely. But the heart wants what it wants.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who has always wanted a porch goose. While it isn't the pricey cement version, I find this version much easier to transport! There is a hole on the base to fill the goose with sand & you can control how heavy you want it. We found a small seam leaking some sand, but a small touch of super glue fixed it. Gift was a hit and it has been well dressed since!

My girlfriend loves this goose more than me I think. An absolute hit purchase. Neighbours all love it too.
